Amanda Parrot called me while I was trying to work with another company to file my DOT/MC paperwork. Let's just say this other "company" better find a new line of work quick. After a 10 minute conversation I knew I needed to work with her to get my business moving forward. She took the time to get all of my filings corrected and entered right the first time. Every question was answered, and if she didn't have an answer right away she would always get back to me. They have made me a customer for a long, long time. Thanks Amanda!!!!
