Thought it was good deal being they were recommended from the individuals I was going to get my insurance through. I should have checked reviews first before throwing my money away. Like previously stated, it's just not worth using them!
They talk until that 30 day no money back rolls around. Can't get your legal name right, then can't put your LLC in the right place and believe me if you give them your credit card number, forget it. When they tell you they don't have your CC info on file or have to send a signed paper back before they can bill you, you got billed!
On the 29th day, no responses to email, no phone calls returned. I learned my lesson and have someone now who can fix their mistakes. Use them if you want, but when it comes to intelligence, they'll get your billing name right, but can't get your legal name right and leave you with a mess to clean up!!

*And for the responses I've been reading from the owner mentioning, these are just a handful of negative reviews like they don't mean anything and only have 40K happy and compliant compliant companies, you probably could have a few more if the people doing doing the paperwork were competent in doing the job right instead of leaving us with a mess to clean up! I will be doing a charge back and also filing a complaint with the FTC over the monies and service that I received.
As for the DOT drug testing no problem there, but if I couldn't depend on Foley and its associates to get the paperwork done correctly I figure its a matter of time before that gets screwed up as well.
