Be careful with this company, agent called me 7:30am the morning after I signed up for a USDOT number online, after I reviewed his email called into the office for a refund, because he didnt identify himself properly. Long story short.. they refuse to give me a refund for doing anything but sending me 2 emails. So I called my credit card company and dispute the charges.

We have been using Foley for our small rigging company for 5 years. We have never had a problem. We get our random notifications, we get the results, we get great service on the phone when we need to add or delete drivers. And we feel the rates are fair, although we have not priced out other companies. Sad to see all the negative reviews.

I start working with Foley about from 2025. Always phased honestly service but from 2016 company made some changes without any notification and my annual payment became from $150.00 include drug and alcohol test to $190.00 plus $82 drug and alcohol test separately from annual payment. On internet there are a lot of company with annual payment $155.00 include free drug and alcohol tests. Foley from best company became to very expansive company

We signed up for our USDOT number in March and they instantly contacted us. The salesperson was relentless and basically told us that we had to use their service in order to stay compliant.

They took $495 dollars from our company and after sending 2 emails, had the nerve to tell me that they had been "managing" our account and therefore, we were not eligible for a refund. I understand that we did not accept the terms to run the background checks, but that is because we did not take possession of the truck until May and did not need to start driving the truck until June/July so we were not in any hurry to get the testing done in March. The salesperson should have explained the termination and refund policy better in March so we could have refused to purchase their products until we had at least taken possession of the truck in May and actually needed the services.

We will be disputing this charge with our credit card company and if they ever charge our card again, we will have our lawyer deal with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A TOTAL SCAM!

UPDATE: 6/29/17-After this review and a complaint at the BBB, they contacted me back and agreed to issue a full refund.

This company will call and call after you get a USDOT no. and try to make you think they re affiliated with the DOT and trick you into purchasing services from them that you probably don t need. They ve called me and left messages at least 6 times since I got my DOT no (for free online) and the messages they leave are very deceptive. Leave me alone please!! Customers beware

One star because they get it right sometimes. We factor our( business billing) through them , let me put it to you this way.... I should get paid for working at Foley. Most times I'm tracking payments down and solving problems. They promise to pay in a 24 hour period... they don't. Our company shelled out 5 figure digits paying them for this service. Stay AWAY!!!!

I started my clock at 07:15, performed my pre trip.. Arrived at for the 9am appointment and my next appointment was the same day @ 17:00. I arrived at 14:00 and got loaded around 6:30.

There was a problem with the load, therefore they had to unload and reload, which took another hour and half. Causing me to drive shorter than I wanted. Had to drive 600 miles the next day which I encountered a lot of traffic. I hope this will help us drivers.

Paid $200.00 a year ago and nothing has been completed as promised, they do not contact you if there is a problem, total waste of time, money and effort.If you pay a company to complete a task they should complete the task that was paid for with as little headache for you the consumer as possible but with them that is not the case.I did cancel service so I hopefully won't be billed again..THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I rarely leave negative reviews. I male it a point to leave positive reviews, but this company is terrible. Very dishonest. Just look at their other reviews on Facebook (2.6 out of 5), Birdseye (2.9 out of 5), Better Business Bureau (2.9 out of 5). Also check out the employee reviews on Glassdoor (3.0 out of 5). Look at it this way...if this was a grade Their highest grade is 60%...ummm that's an "F". Maybe a D minus on a curve. Most of their reviews are terrible, or mediocre at best. Why is that? There is obviously a serious problem with managment here. And its been going on for awhile. And one of yhe exec's responds to the bad reviews apologizing but obviously does nothing about the problems, so his responses are meaningless dribble. Use JJ Keller or 10th st.

I been factoring with this company for a little bit over 3 months my first problem was my money got paid to another factoring company im which filled out for two factoring companies but I chose to go with Foley as one.in which the sale rep knew I filled out another application he told me don't worry about it. So I was two weeks with out money Because they had no clue of who was getting paid for my loads in which Foley was that only company I ever factored with but they couldn't help me even when I inquired about a Foley computer generated message that's was saying my loads was paid to another factoring company I called and ask my account managers about that message they said don't worry about well two weeks my later my funds were on hold. The staff works on there on time they say will get you paid in 24/48 hrs well mine was like 96hrs for a long times got penalized 250 for a load i booked because they didn't submit the bol in time to broker I would not recommend chooses them to do business with.

I want to know what the regulations are for handling my hours if iam driving for more them than one carrier in a 8 day period. How will my hours be recorded for both carriers so that I will remain in compliance with my 70 hours???
