Upon receiving my DOT number i was called by Foley the next morning, the salesman was very friendly and i sent the set-up fee of $200+.

Not even a month later, i was audited by the FMSCA, which is VERY bizarre, i was barely in the system long enough to even be noticed, let alone audited.

The FMSCA wanted a laundry list of paperwork, which Foley was in charge of keeping. Here is where Foley really dropped the ball, they couldn't provide ANY paperwork, not even my Unified Carrier Registration, which is the very first thing they were going to do. I asked them to email me a copy of my UCR, and the reply was "It has been filed, any agency would be able to see that." I took their lack of co-operation in doing the job i paid them to do as a sign to get out and hire someone else.

I called the next day and asked for a refund, which they refused (obviously) and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, i simply said i wanted the UCR so i could complete the audit, she couldn't send it, so i again asked for the refund, "nope, we already did your paperwork." After arguing back and forth for almost a half hour, i gave up, Foley kept my $200 for doing phantom paperwork i had never seen, nor was i able to get a copy, but apparently exists somewhere.

I advise anyone who receives a telephone call from this company to abruptly hang up, they DO NOT have their customers best interest in mind, and in all honesty should probably be investigated by the FMSCA.
