Salesperson did a great job of selling the product...

Salesperson did a great job of selling the products but a horrible job of following through after the sale. Horrible communication, I have NOT heard from that Foley services since I signed up with them.I thought that I would be walked through the process and given instructions on what to do after all that's what I hired them to do, help me get my company COMPLETELY compliant. When I call with questions, I'm made to feel like I'm Bothering them. Don't think that I will renew next year.
