Very poor business practices. I just registered with the FMCSA for a Broker licence. Upon completing my application i received a phone call from Foley Services. As the customer service rep. Alex spoke so fast i could not completely hear where he was from. As i just made a purchase for my licence via the FMCSA i thought the agent was from the US Government. Foley agent Alex Lopez than proceed to advise me additional licenses that i need to comply with my new business. Thinking it was a government official i provided them my CC information and was charged for "licenses" that come to find out i do NOT need for my business. I explained in detail that i was setting up a brokering company and they provided me licenses for a Motor Carrier. Considering i advised the agent multiple times of my business you would thing as any reputable business you would direct prospective clients in the right direction. NOT AT FOLEY! WHAT EVER TO GET YOUR MONEY! BE CAREFUL WITH THESE SHARKS. I called them to explain my situation and no help at all. I WILL BE DISPUTING THESE CHARGES AS FRAUD WITH MY BANK AND GOVERNMENT. AS COMPANY ADVISED ME ON LICENSES AND SERVICES THAT I DO NOT EVEN NEED. AND NO ATTEMPT TO REFUND.
