If I could give no stars and still write a review, I would do so. Thoroughly dissatisfied with the Customer Services/interaction received provided by a service representative, Anthony Calderoni, specifically. He proved himself to be a very aggressive, pushy salesman. Without obtaining our express permission, he debited my company's account for nearly $1000 the SAME day our company received our US DOT number. I specifically explained to him that I would review the contents of his email prior to proceeding with any services. He took advantage of a new business. Hoping that Foley will work with us to remedy this problem. Mr. Calderoni (of course) has refused to answer/return any of our phone calls.

Update: After reaching out to Foley directly and speaking with Alejandro, one of the sales managers, the situation was mitigated. I was appreciative of Alejandro's willingness to work with me and my company to resolve the issue as well as to provide additional information regarding our DOT compliance in the future! Thank you Foley Carrier Services.
