Not very happy with Foley right now. Called my driver for a random yesterday. He was broke down and unable to get to his papers which were in his truck at the mechanic. I told her we would need the electronic form. First they sent the form for a completely wrong location, then it took them over 4 hours to get the form to us. I sent 4 emails, called several times - unable to get anyone to answer. Driver had to start driving, so he left - about an hour later they finally sent the form - but driver was already gone. Guess we'll go through the same thing again today. We will be looking for a different company as soon as this test is completed.

Much better experience today - lady I talked to got me the form right away.
