Ripped us off. The agents supervisor told us that we needed something when we in fact didn t and then kept half of the money. They did not even go through the paperwork process, there was no service provided. They don t know the laws that they are advocating for. Absolutely disgraceful. I will be reaching out to DCA and BBB to file a complaint unless the full amount is credited which I strongly doubt it will be.
