We recently signed up for a DOT number. Not even 5 minutes later, my wife gets a call from someone from Foley who my wife believes to be from DOT. The employee proceeds to give my wife the sales pitch and then charges our card for over $700. 45 minutes later we realize that these people are not in fact who they say they are and have bamboozled us out of $700. After several attempts to call the commissioned based sales person (Ebony) and requesting to speak to a supervisor, we were denied that right. We were told one would call us back. We demanded on several occasions that she cancel the transaction and have requested an email confirmation of the cancellation. These people are operating under false pretenses and need to be put out of business. I will pursue this until my transaction is FULLY refunded.
