My flights were cancelled by the airline in March and I have been trying to get a refund from Flight Network since. I called in early June, waited three hours to get an agent (even though it says wait time 10 minutes) and he said he was going to put in a request with the airline although they had already told me they had refunded the money to flight network. I only received an email for one leg of my flight and it says that it could take up to 90 business days to process. Now I am on hold again for two hours so far trying to get the other leg of my flight. I will never book with them again and just go directly through the airline next time.
Update: It has now been 90 business days and I have still not been refunded the second leg of my flight. When I called the support line they could not tell me when I could expect my refund, could not transfer me to the team that processes requests and would not transfer me to a manager. He advised me to fill out the form on their website for a manager to call me back.
