Despicable service an a rip off! All the prices on the website are quoted in Canadian dollars and there's nothing that advises you otherwise. When I checked my credit card I was charged in US dollars, which means I was charged more.
I was advised by their representative that this information is in the fine print of the confirmation I received after the fact. Really? This is an unconscionable act. All other websites indicate this at time of booking.
The amount may be insignificant to some but it is the principle of the act. Travelocity and cheapoair had the same cost and I made the HUGE mistake of choosing flightnetwork. Lesson learned!
