WORST BOOKING AGENCY EVER , THEY ARE CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS with false claims OF 24/7 SUPPORT , we have been trying to get in touch with customer care since past 1 week , no one replies to email , or phone call .highly unprofessional staff , namely their "Schedule change professions"
Got informed of cancellation of half of a segment of our flight back to Toronto , even after multiple attempts to contact them , neither was a possible feasible alternative confirmed , plus have still not reverted back regarding our request email to cancel the entire ticket ,
Will have to resort to Legal options against them soon ,if we still don't hear back from them
