It has been 2 years since you bought this car back...
It has been 2 years since you bought this car back due to the MANY issues it had. When you called last year to ask how the car was treating me I told you then that you (the dealership) bought it back and not to contact me again as I have no intention of ever doing business with you in the future. Now AGAIN my husband received a call asking how the car was and if we are satisfied with it. He is much nicer than I am and informed you of not having the car. Now since I'm not as nice, STOP CALLING!!! LOSE OUR PHONE NUMBERS! IF YOU CALL AGAIN I WILL BE TELLING YOU WHERE TO GO AND HOW TO GET THERE!!!!
Just got done purchasing a super cute little Saturn Ion from Steven Holly at Green Ford and OMG the hardest part was trying to keep the kids entertained lol They made it so easy and smooth and I can't wait to come back again when I'm in the market!! Oh and December will be great when I get to watch Steve hand wash my "new" car ;-)

The salesman gave me use of his computer to write a review before I ever left the lot after purchasing this vehicle. Now less than 3 weeks after having bought the car I have contacted the salesman and the sales manager in regards to empty promises of paperwork and a car that is not running the way a 1 owner, low miles, no accident, "clean retail" used car should run. After having called 3 times and being PROMISED the paperwork from the very start PRIOR TO PURCHASE I have still yet to receive it! I called and spoke to a manager last week who again PROMISED to have the papers on his desk when I arrived and again no papers and the run around of what has happened and it's always somebody elses fault! On top of which I was promised $200 off of the purchase of an extended warranty which I did purchase yet there is no $200 off mentioned in anything, yet another way I was screwed! Oh and can't forget how the salesman promised certain perks which were changed last minute AFTER the papers had been signed because he failed to get manager approval! Now they are getting their ONE chance to diagnose why this car has issues with the stuttering and sputtering. While I do not trust what they are going to tell me I trust MY mechanic so they better say the same thing as him!! I will update after I find the time to let them do their diagnoses.

After having continued issues and multiple repairs the dealership recognized that this vehicle was just not a quality car and bought it back. Their choice to offer to buy it back came as a bit of a surprise but EXACTLY what I was hoping for! They apologized for it and in my opinion they did they the right thing! Thank you Ashley Bradshaw for your assistance and willingness to satisfy a customer and to make things right!!
