I ordered a black Huawei Honor Band 5 fittnes watch with GPS, it didn't work, I sent back the next day, I waited for 2 weeks to resolve, I asked to be changed to an identical black one! they after 2 weeks of waiting send me a dark blue which again was defective, (so not black!) I had to wait for the service to communicate my resolution, I wrote and email that I do not need service, I I need a change because it didn't work from the beginning, I didn't break it so it doesn't have to be repaired! but normally no one notices you, no one answered, I called countless times or no one answers the phone, if you call at the orders send you anyway to returns, there if all day stay on the phone someone can pick up - it works from 12 ..........
the first clock I ordered on 28.08.2019 (came in 2 days) I sent back already 2 watches, on 19.09.2019 sent me the return invoice but the money has not yet been transferred back to my account, and we are in 30 September!
so as a conclusion I never buy from them, nor do I recommend it to anyone

Good product range, but they lack in transparency. Any product which is picked up from the store cannot be returned! This is the law, yes, but they never say it transparently.
I ordered online and picked up in the store, but I did not test thoroughly the product at reception. When I discovered a fault and went back after 2 hours, they did NOT WANT to replace it, but SENT it to WARRANTY. Deadline 14days...

Very frivolous: on the site the product was in stock and it takes me 1 and a half weeks to process the order, because I gave them the money before, and when I finally manage to get in touch with someone from the call center he tells me that the order was placed that day from their supplier and waiting for the good to be delivered to them. Seriously?!
I never buy from evoMAG again !!

While the big online trading companies do their best to offer the best services possible, evomag is trying hard to be against the trend. Respectively purchased phone that has a manufacturing defect and surprise, can not be returned because: PJ and was purchased on site regardless of whether the phone is brand new and unused. It had a post-it exactly on the page in Romanian, I say what good people not to get tired of looking, open and what to see, the most important passages were already stressed with highlighter, so kind people and help you I have never seen in my life.
Ok, thanks for the help, I take the device out of the box, I assemble it according to the instructions already underlined, I connect it to the socket, the third surprise, it didn't work. So evomag delivered a defective device as a new device.
I request a return according to the indications on the site and the next day I take it back, I tell them that I want the same model but new and in working order, the gentleman looks at the sales in the computer and says to me:
Oh, if you want another one, you have to pay 800 lei more, because that one was in the promotion, it's not my problem, I say, that you had a promotion and you tried to sell a used and defective product as new.
A sales colleague will contact you later, says the gentleman, to tell you how we will proceed, I say well, I am waiting for you to contact me and I will leave.
After about two hours I receive an email, the proforma invoice no ..... was issued, for order no ..., curiously I open it and what to see I had a new order and to pay another product with 800 lei more than the first , given that I had already paid. In conclusion, if you want something defective and at double prices, use evomag with confidence.

Very disappointed with the services of the online store. I ordered a phone and a case but I didn't expect to wait more than 3 days for delivery, especially since I ordered the phone precisely because mine had broken down. The delight decreased more and more being replaced by nerves. The first time I received an email that the order was confirmed, then that it was taken over and then that it was delivered and the last message was "the order has been sent" !!!!! Really??? After 10 days I still don't have the phone ... and I called the call center and even after 45 minutes no one answered the call. I will definitely not return.

Very dissatisfied with the collaboration with EVOMAG. Order Tuesday, the products arrive next month, although the consultant says it should have been the recipient on Thursday. The product appears on stock, after placing the order and sending me a confirmation email, I am notified: it is not available. But the money taken on the product and still return us. No one responds to emails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Later Edit: I keep my opinion about Evomag, with the mention that the money was returned to me on the unprinted product.
Defective communication, attitude that shows that nothing was understood in my complaint. It does NOT impress me at all that the manager of the company contacts me. I was interested in receiving a clear and immediate communication of the order status, having correctly marked the products in stock and receiving an answer when I had a clarity or a problem.

Better prices than average, but they have some important slips when it comes to services: their systems aren't always working (I received a text that my order was received, it said they'll be in touch, got another text telling me someone picked up my order, then silence for 4 days, till I went to the store, cause nobody replies to emails or pick up calls). Also, the service in the store is cold, impersonal & robotics; it's almost like they're offended you're there to make them work. I always pick them as last alternative.

I bought a laptop from evoMAG. The chosen period was not the happiest, we all know how crowded it is all around Christmas. The evoMAG team went out of their way to serve all 25-30 customers in the Splai showroom in a timely manner. And in the call center I had a pleasant experience. It is worth the 5 stars. Of course, this could also contribute to the fact that evoMAG had the lowest price on the market at the time I ordered the laptop (repeatedly checked on compari.ro and price.ro). :)
If they do so in the long run, they could become my main, if not the only, source of online orders.

Order on 07-August 2020 a TV with a good price (not the lowest) but because the past experience and the purchases made in the last 8 years were very good, I decided to make this purchase from them as well. Bad choice! After the order was placed and paid in full, I received an e-mail that this product will be delivered in 7-10 calendar days (unspecified working day!). After the deadline passed and having no answer, I started sending emails and making phone calls. Nobody answered the e-mail until I managed to talk to someone after waiting for a 1-hour call. Of course the answer was evasive and generic!
After another email in which I imperatively requested an exact delivery date otherwise requesting a refund, I receive a reply that it will be delivered in 1-2 days. I ask if I can be given an AWB number or a courier through which the delivery will be made, I am answered, in a way that seemed naughty to me, that when he enters the custody of the courier I will receive an email with this data.
The last time I will make another purchase from this store and I will not even recommend it!
My recommendation is that if you think the price is better than elsewhere, take it from elsewhere. Concurrent and destitute. And with people who do not give any proof of professionalism, it is not worth wasting your time and money!

- I had ordered a Ryzen 3600, and one of the employees brought me 2600x from the warehouse (brother writes on it ..)
- Shipping by courier lasts forever;
- I stayed at the call center twice for 40 minutes so that my call would be closed automatically, only the 3rd or 4th time they answered ... after tens of minutes;
- The guarantees department is moving very hard ...
- Low return policies, as bad as at PC Garage.

The points related to:

- warranty;
- the observation on the invoice taking into account the fact that the man does not have to know if the product is sealed / intact without having it in his hand;
- 0.01 lei is a small amount but 100,000 orders * 0.01 lei = 1000 lei. it seems like such a small amount, considering that there is money coming into the company and not leaving.

I had problems with a voucher bought from zebrapay for evomag. I was helped to solve the problem.

Prices are variable depending on the number of views of a product's details. Thus, if the products are searched the price increases by 1-2 lei per day, if the products are not searched the price decreases.
Because of this you can find more expensive or cheaper prices at evomag. I follow the site often and get offers. For example, we took the cheapest Samsung A7 on the market (and the last piece) at the time.

I placed an order at Evomag where they said it was on STOCK (exclusively online) (I didn't know that this expansion meant supplier stock, maybe only in the vocabulary of Evomag). After 4 days of waiting I called and was informed that the product is not in stock. And I found out all this because I called. Other companies contacted me if they did not have the products in stock to ask me if I wanted to wait a longer period. This was not the case with Evomag. And neither the person I talked to on the phone seemed at all interested in my dissatisfaction or finding a solution. My mistake was that I paid in advance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this online store.

UPDATE:

Be very careful when paying with the card.
For legal entities, an additional fee of 2% of the transaction value applies. Write at the time of payment, but very small.
Too bad I can't give ZERO stars !!!

I ordered a smartwatch for my wife's birthday a few days ago (during Easter sales) and my order was canceled 4 days later because the watch became out of stock.
When I ordered the watch I could have ordered it from 3 or 4 other stores because it was on sale on other stores as well.
The Easter sales are now over and I will have to either wait for the next sales or buy the watch from a different store at a regular price.
I checked evoMag's website and the watch still appears "In stock", the same day they canceled my order but at a slightly higher price (only about 50 RON more - please check the image I posted)...I am not sure why they updated the price but still kept the status "In stock".
When I called them, they told me that there is nothing they can do ... the watch is not in stock and their website database is not up to date ...
Unfortunately the Easter sales are over on most websites and I will have to buy the watch from a different store at a higher price...I will most probably not buy from evomag again ... I lost about 150 RON, 4 days and my wife will have to wait a little bit longer to receive her gift...
