Very dissatisfied with the collaboration with EVOM...

Very dissatisfied with the collaboration with EVOMAG. Order Tuesday, the products arrive next month, although the consultant says it should have been the recipient on Thursday. The product appears on stock, after placing the order and sending me a confirmation email, I am notified: it is not available. But the money taken on the product and still return us. No one responds to emails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Later Edit: I keep my opinion about Evomag, with the mention that the money was returned to me on the unprinted product.
Defective communication, attitude that shows that nothing was understood in my complaint. It does NOT impress me at all that the manager of the company contacts me. I was interested in receiving a clear and immediate communication of the order status, having correctly marked the products in stock and receiving an answer when I had a clarity or a problem.
