I sell phones without warranty from Vigafon. Then I respond dryly to comments on Google Maps that they did not identify the order even though they received all the information on the complaints address that I write in response to any negative comments. In November 2016 (before Black Friday) I ordered a product that appears on the site as being in stock. After ordering and paying online I was contacted that the product will be delivered to me in maximum 2 weeks because they didn't actually have it in stock. A month has passed and my product has not been delivered yet !!! Totally disappointed !!
I received the order (a laptop) without transport packaging, the AWB attached to the laptop case. Something rarer ... I wrote an e-mail to the packages and sales to the details of the rigor but no response. I think this is the last time I order the evomag again. We all know how the packages are being transported, but some are scrambling to put in a box. Transport. No star you deserve! After you catch the client you will not be interested in anything. (Order no. 988692) I am waiting for your point of view ... but I think for nothing.
I was called and it seems that ALL laptops are sent in their original boxes. I honestly do not like this response like "we always do" as long as I pay the product I would have preferred to pay 2 lei but to put a box for transport. You can implement my idea that most would certainly choose to give 2 lei more but to be sure that the product is not damaged in any way during transport. I promise to change the review to a maximum of 5 stars if the evomag users do something about transport / transport boxes. Until then I give 2 stars (good luck would be but not enough ...)
The new location is much more spacious. The order was quickly honored. I ordered on the website and picked up the order from the store. The behavior of the sellers was very good.

The noise is louder than I expected, considering that the propeller has 5 blades. All in all, I think that, at the displayed price, it is very good, taking into account the times we live in. I called 5 times on each of the numbers, no one answers. I placed an order a few days ago, I received an email saying that they put it on delivery and that's it. No AWB number, no courier name, nothing. Simply put, cabbage!
Delighted with purchases and prices. I can say that I also encountered some delay in solving a problem with an Apple product that failed, BUT all this delay was due to the lack of reaction of the service and not the store. EXECRABLE EXPERIENCE. On June 25, they delivered a defective electronic product to me. It's really not evoMAG's fault, but it's entirely their fault that they haven't transferred my money back to my account yet. I've sent them 3 emails so far and ... in vain .They replied to me at the first email that the product is in service although I told them that I want to return the value of the product. A complaint to the OPC follows. ASADAR ..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
Very well organized, the lifting of the order took only a few minutes! They have shown professionalism and customer orientation, as such I highly recommend this online store.
I bought a Pocophone F1 phone, with lift from the showroom. The whole process went very well (the order placed late on Friday night, product in stock supplier, I received a message to pick up the product on Monday at 12:00). In the store, the employees moved quickly, I entered and left in approx. 7 minutes. So I highly recommend evoMag! P.S .: I also chose an ice cream, they are free for customers - 1 ice cream / order :)
They are one of the best electronics shops in Bucharest. The show room is very small, but they have many other products in the back. The best option is to look online for what they have in stock and then go to the shop to buy it.
After documenting myself on the net, wishing to obtain additional information and possible recommendations, I went to Evomag, with the intention of purchasing a laptop. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff in the store, respectively, at least one of them, leaves much to be desired: lack of request and preparation, arrogance, etc., which is why I gave up the purchase and left the store. Avoid, at least the physical store, to avoid ruining your day.
I bought an iphone 7 from them today and I found out after I unsealed that the product is for America (ie it has no charger for Europe), something not specified on their site and I do not talk about the time spent to place the order approx. .30 o'clock, the personnel moves on

I returned with another order to them and gave modification in 1 star, the order launched on 09.10 with delivery a2 a day after 12 o'clock which was actually delivered just on 16.10. it is the last command given to them because I have come to the conclusion that they can and this is their level, that is to say, sadly and will never rise to the standards of the competitor with the same name or in fact they have copied a little the name from the competition.

I do not recommend anyone evoMag. I ordered a TV, received the package after four days, unpacked it, it was packed in a box, in a simple polyethylene bag, without bubbles, without any other screen protection, I visually checked it with Cargus and it looked ok. The surprise came a little later, at start-up, after connecting to the power: small cracks were visible on the screen, visible only if the TV was connected to the power and turned on, half of the screen was black. I sent it to evoMag since then I expect I did not receive anything email that something arrived with the request stage. I called and was told that it would be in a service. From the email received from the Evomag service I say that the package benefits from checking what I did, what should the courier hold, to put it in the house, to turn on the TV and to make a functional reception with it? Don't write this anywhere! I do not recommend to anyone this company totally disappointed! The call center experience left me a bitter taste!
False discounts, inflated prices, non-existent support, do not answer the phone, even after 1 week (called every day minimum 10-15 times), do not respond to emails. God do not want to need to send something to the service, you do not give them, basically the non-existent guarantee under these conditions. In a NASPA word.
Following the order 1375963, I get to leave this review: I ordered on October 3 (around 12 o'clock) a phone, 20 minutes later, I noticed on the store's website and a case. I called the call center to add the cover that is "In stock (exclusively online)". On October 4, I receive the mail in the morning as the delivery will be made in the next days. Order status was "On Delivery". I send an email to support for AWB and the name of the courier company, a certain Razvan Iancu sends me the details. I check AWB, no tracking can be done. I ask if it is the correct AWB. I find out that I will be able to track after 20:00 when the product arrives in the Cargus warehouse. I ask which warehouse, in what city. He does not know. At 3 pm, the product was delivered to the courier. Order status is "Delivered". I find from the call center that "Delivered" = "The parcel was delivered to the courier". From other reviews I find that exclusive online stock means supplier stock. Basically adding the case to the order delayed the entire process because they did not have it in the store's stock, but they did not specify this clearly. As a result of the lying status, meant to create confusion, I have already warned them that I will no longer accept the products. It was going to be the first order, but I was clear about them.
A nice location with interesting products in sight. It has plenty of parking spaces, but also for bicycles and scooters. Young and pleasant staff, but a bit unkempt / disrespectful in places. Product delivery is not the most efficient, I think it can be even better. I have a hard time answering the phone and email.
A company despised ..... We sent a multicooker more than 2 months ago, on 4-5.01.2019, in service, find during the warranty period. I have confirmed the presence of the product in service and I have been told that in maximum two weeks I will get it repaired. A terrible experience, ensured by the lack of professionalism of one of the employees. I do not recommend. I waited a week to be told that the product paid, still not come. I bought two identical Dell monitors. After 1 week, one of them is broken. I send it into service exactly how I bought it - complete box, cables, manuals, etc. I'm just getting back the monitor. I had to stay after that for 3+ weeks to see why they did not give me back and the cables (to the emails is not answered, on the phone or so).
When they finally sent me the cables, they sent what they had in the warehouse, not the original Dells that I had put back sealed.
More like the lozenge in the envelope without any details. Summary; reshaped sold as new products, promotions with false advertising (including stock info). It was the last order I do not want to ever hear of ever. intentions are good, but the service leaves it to be desired.
Trusted store, prompt delivery, decent prices, delivery check with no hidden costs (most still require 3 lei for this service). I will come back and recommend it.

I had a good first order experience! In the showroom I raised the ordered TV and the boys were very friendly !!! On the phone it seems that the ladies do not know whether or not the order is ready !!! But it wasn't a problem for me because I wasn't in a hurry !!! The shop is ok !!!

We purchased 8 leptops and 8 mice from evoMAG.ro with order # 1166465 of 01.11.2018. From an error, I ordered 4 leptops without the dedicated video card, which I needed. I waited for it to arrive and I said to open them and test them in the hope that there is no need to return them. We came to the conclusion that we can not use them and decided to return them and order others from them.
I called, I talked to them, I explained the situation, I chose other leptops with a configuration that had the dedicated video card and I ordered # 1173572 of 12.11.2018. On the same day, we also send an email to discuss the return procedure. I'll tell them the error and the fact that I ordered others from them, ask us if they are unsealed and ....
the next day, shock! We receive the following email:
"Hello,
Since the products are not sealed, we can only accept the return with a 40% decrease in the value of the products.
We are waiting for your acceptance to send you the return procedure.
An excellent day! "
So with other cuvettes, because I've unleashed them, they want to reduce the value by 40% without seeing them. Direct!

Today we refused to lift the replacement replacement leptops for fear of something similar.
Unfortunately, those from the consumer protection explained that they can not intervene because we made the legal person purchase, but at the same time they explained that if the order was made on the individual we did not do that ... but being the legal person, we are at their fingertips.
We will be learning our minds and I sincerely hope, at least with this review, to capture their attention and to explain to me somebody why they treat us this way ...
The interaction was very good, but the product bought (Asus GeForce 710 graphics card) on 11.11.2020 proved to be not of quality! It could not be installed, being defective! Start the mess now! The product cannot be returned, being bought from the showroom, so it will have to be repaired under warranty by a company (Euro Service Srl) that does not identify itself on Google by the address indicated on the Evomag website!
I will NEVER buy from evomag again. I bought a low cost TV for my parents, Schneider, straight from the store in the evening. On the same day I found that it does not work in optimal parameters. I decided to return the product the next day, but I was amazed to find that the equipment purchased directly from the showroom, can NOT be returned according to the internal regulations but only sent for service. So I was left with a new product, sent to service, to which I can not return. Be careful how you buy, the evomag company does not respect its customers, considering that I have bought from them before and there were no problems with returns. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
I will not buy from this site. I bought a Samsung A 5 and it is of poor quality. I don't know where they are probably made aftermarket. It is certain that I gave almost 1500 lei in vain to this company. It's not reliable
Unlike the scabies from eMag (they are rude yes ...) evoMag have had common sense, have been parishioners and have a wide range of products. So far I have not had any unpleasant experience!
