It is already the second direct interaction with evomag .... The first time I thought it was an escape, when I stayed at home for 8 hours waiting for the evomag courier with a product .... Finally I said to give it another chance, I I ordered another product from the site, I paid for it, I'm going to pick it up myself (having that previous unpleasant experience) ... The order is confirmed, the payment is confirmed, I receive an SMS that I can go to the showroom to pick it up the product, I get to the address .... CLOSED ..... I try to call ... The robot tells me I'm calling outside business hours .... I'm leaving .... The next day (showroom open) .... The irony of fate is that I can't get there in time .... I try to call the call center number ... The robot again ... He tells me that the showroom is open - it ... And that's it ... Not you a no. phone ... Not you an operator ... Nothing .... The money you give ... The product to them ...
