I placed an order at Evomag where they said it was...

I placed an order at Evomag where they said it was on STOCK (exclusively online) (I didn't know that this expansion meant supplier stock, maybe only in the vocabulary of Evomag). After 4 days of waiting I called and was informed that the product is not in stock. And I found out all this because I called. Other companies contacted me if they did not have the products in stock to ask me if I wanted to wait a longer period. This was not the case with Evomag. And neither the person I talked to on the phone seemed at all interested in my dissatisfaction or finding a solution. My mistake was that I paid in advance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this online store.

UPDATE:

Be very careful when paying with the card.
For legal entities, an additional fee of 2% of the transaction value applies. Write at the time of payment, but very small.
Too bad I can't give ZERO stars !!!
