Thanks for the information and for the clarifications received. I appreciate the openness to honest and clear feedback and that you are interested in how people perceive Evomag activity.

The points related to:

- warranty;
- the observation on the invoice taking into account the fact that the man does not have to know if the product is sealed / intact without having it in his hand;
- 0.01 lei is a small amount but 100,000 orders * 0.01 lei = 1000 lei. it seems like such a small amount, considering that there is money coming into the company and not leaving.

A good day.

- the package has no seal on it. to the question why he has no seal, the answer was that they are all so;

It would be ideal for the person who wants to buy this product to know that the product is NOT sealed.

I will also discuss with Procter & Gamble to see if the package really comes this way. If it does not come then we see what happens afterwards.

- you applied the VAT to the discount voucher !!!!

- the invoice is on an amount and the payment was made for another amount. at my observation why the sum is different the answer was that it appears! When he took out the invoice instead it was another sum !! So he didn't have the bill in front!

- the operator who handed me the product told me that the warranty is in the box. when I get home surprise! there is no guarantee !! :))

- it is good that you are very careful to have on the invoice "I received the sealed product and ok and I have no claim from evomag"

I will never buy anything from Evomag again. Never! And I'll take care to tell my experience to others as well.
