I had problems with a smartwatch bought from them, with the menu in Chinese, which I picked up from them because the delivery was not made the next day and in this case there is a return penalty. I was called by an evoMAG representative, I returned the product and found a way to solve the problem. I received the money for the return very quickly, even the next day.

Although I called countless times (with a waiting time of 40-50 min) and I sent them emails asking them to tell me the status of the order, I did not receive any answer. Nobody knows what happened to the order, but they weren't interested in solving the problem either. Now I am waiting for the people from ANPC to do their job.

Nothing to complain about the products. They are only storing them and selling them. But when it comes to delivering them or even finding them in their storage unit when you go yourself to pick them up... That's a Desaster. Myself and another 4 customers were waiting while the personnel was searching my product. I waited 30 minutes. Idk how long the other customers waited. It's aembarresing. I only went there because they were not able to deliver the product in 4 working days and I needed to leave the city. Verry unprofessional!

I do not recommend to anyone. Product paid on 21.07 and until today 03.08 I was not contacted as I could go and pick it up. I've never seen anything like it. I will go today to get my money back and I will never order from them again and I will only make the negative advertisement every time I can.

It is difficult or not at all to communicate with the phone service or by mail and if you are in the situation to have a legal person acquisition the reasonable term of 25 - 90 days .....

I bought 2 Samsung Galaxy Note 9 phones in December as a legal person, one was defective. The warranty submission process was easy, I know that for legal entities the period is 25 days, but the relationship has changed and exceeds any amiable limit .
- The phone sent in service April 17 - camera defective, mint condition.
- Returns on May 3 (resolution: resoftare), at his reception he finds that he has the same defect. (They decide to re-enter the service although I do not pick it up ...) - implicitly another entry number ... did the 25 day reset?

- From the 15th of May I try to get in touch with them by phone but also by mail without answer (send to the customer and to the service)
Nobody (all 2 weeks busy operators) responded to the phones on the site by email, we received a generic response with general information on how to send the product to service .... (as if it were not with them)

However, I wish to return to my good thoughts about the Evomag.

Extremely insecure !!! I ordered a phone that appears as stock. I paid with the card. The order status changes to "taken over" and stays for 2 days. I start calling and no one answers. After about 2 hours of accumulated calling, a lady who was a bit lost, who contacted me with a gentleman who tells me that the phone is out of stock and that he will return my money, answers me ...

This is after 2 days when the evomag employees did not bother to announce the customer who paid that they will not receive what they ordered.

I do NOT recommend in any form !!!

Maybe I wouldn't have gotten to post this review, if I hadn't been charged 31 lei for transport, with the excuse that 2 indoor security cameras would weigh 10 KG, and if they had responded to the email, be careful evomagu no more That's what it was, the products are very ok, too bad!

Indeed nobody answers the phone as did the other guests but we solved the mail that had to be solved. Yesterday evening I ordered a motherboard and today I learned from the internet that the RGB software of the motherboard beats head to head with the RGB software of RAM so I had to give up the product and to go to something else, I gave an e-mail as a renunciation of the order (payment and lifting from the showroom) at 11 in the morning and at 1 at noon the order was canceled without further questions.

I say they are super ok guys. Thank you evomag.

Trusted store that I recommend. We still need to work a little on the customer information chapter. Three days after the launch of the order, the only information was on the evoMAG account, such as "The order was taken by x worker" and that's about it. It would have been useful to have information such as "The product will be delivered in a maximum of n days" or "Sorry, the product is no longer in stock", so that the customer knows whether or not the order will be honored and what would be the maximum Delivery. But otherwise, everything was ok. I also appreciate the extra-warranty service, which is not offered by too many e-commerce companies.

I did not receive a response to a service referral to a purchased product although I sent it 2 times. Eventually, I contacted the distributor directly. Everything else was ok regarding the order, online payment, delivery etc.

Besides the bad products they sell, none of the employees are open to working with customers
The other two, EvoMag employees, agreed to return my money, after seeing that the second phone was also defective.
If you can, don't leave the store without testing the product you bought
It can save you from other inconveniences (other trips made in vain, nerves and money spent in vain on transport)

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 Smartwatch yesterday 03.09.2020. When I picked it up, I asked if it was new and I wanted to open it in front of them, but the boy there said there was no need. Considering that I arrived just 5 minutes before the end of the program, I understood and left. The less pleasant surprise was when I opened the box. The watch strap has blue marks on the edge, the boxes inside the books are folded, the charger no longer has foil on it, the watch had the German language set (I don't understand why). Given all this, it is clear that this product was either a returned one or one kept in the showcase.
I don't mind the fact that it is a return or even a watch that was kept in the display case, as long as this information was presented to me at the time of purchase.
I hope that in the coming week I will not find other hidden vices and will have to act accordingly.
Very disappointed with the collaboration with evoMAG.
I still give 2 stars for speed.

Although the 14 days have passed as the legal deadline for returning the defective, repaired or replaced product (this is a Xiaomi scooter charger), when they finally returned it to me, they did not repair it. the same - defect).
