Customer Service does not exist. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and tried to contact Evomag by phone to find out the status - I received no AWB, no status, nothing.
I spent more than 3 hours on the phone (on hold !!) until the exchange closed the call. I tried almost every day of the second week to contact them by phone, .. impossible, but.
Unpleasant. Lack of services (the notion does not seem to exist in almost any business on the Mioritic lands); obviously only profit is important.

I went through the other reviews. The same problem, the same lack of interaction with the client. - And it's not a recent problem.
However, I don't understand where the 4 stars from the 2542 reviews come from !!!!!!!!!!! Only one accurately describes the activity.

evoMAG advertises on the subway, on the net and I think some posters in the city. they are not the size and quality of other similar companies, obviously. It pumps money only in advertising, in the rest - in staff and business applications ... zero.
