In addition, I also mentioned that on the site they did not specify anything related to the fact that the version they sold is not the global one, but is the cheapest, Chinese. He didn't seem to have read the emails from me in full, but just replied that: We are sorry, but you don't meet all the return conditions, after which he gave me that condition for 10,000 lei. I kept insisting, and then he said that he could make an "exception" for me and give me 80% of the value of the product. All this time the package had arrived at their headquarters. It seemed to me a bargain of bad taste and meaningless (why accept to receive 80% of the value of the product, as long as the product was non-compliant and I wanted to return them the same day, they are intact), so I refused -a.
