I was a loyal customer ... until this month (December). Order placed on November 13 for 4 products that were in stock. for a few days nothing happens ... I call and find out that a product is not and expected from the supplier. Ok, I'm waiting. After 7 days I call again to find out that the product has not come yet. I asked them to send me the products that are later - when they will be - and the missing one. I receive confirmation, changes are made to the account and delivery is prepared - that's how it appeared in the account for 6 days ... but nothing came. And I call directly to the complaints that based on the blondes from the call center you don't do anything, and I find out that there is no other product in stock and to choose something else (I don't go into detail with what recommendation was made). In a few days it takes 30 days from the order - which was paid online, and the products are not.
It was not the lack of products that was annoying - to be clear - but the lack of professionalism of those from Evomag (of the sales consultant in the first place who is overwhelmed by the situation, of those from the call center, of those from complaints and not in the last line of those who manage the smooth running of the business).
