Use the store only for products with low prices and for which you do not need a guarantee.
I have 7 orders completed since 2014 and so far and if I ever use this store again, it will be only for consumables or products that I do not imagine I will need a warranty.
I delivered a defective product under warranty on July 17, and today is August 12 and it has still not been replaced (an electric toothbrush, which the top, is in stock and could have been easily replaced).
I only received template answers ("the product is in service", "I will send it on", and these after long waits), and today, the 26th day out of a maximum of 15 legal ones, I am also asked to wait for a reply at the service until the end of the week (this after my insistence with the law in front and a complaint registered today at ANPC).
It is a shame that in 2020, in Europe, I am told it is clear to wait, completely ignoring both the law that requires a solution in a maximum of 15 days and any common sense rule.

LE: what a good joke, my emails have a copy of all the email addresses on the site and my client account is on the same name, my email is the name, but they don't find me in the system, embarrassing ... (dear robots / Evomag employees, tell me if you want me to add here a screenshot with the 2 money answers that you hardly sent me in the emails, maybe that's how you remember, so that it won't be hard for you to look for me in the system)
