I received the order after only two and a half weeks and when it finally arrived, the filter cup was destroyed. Trying to make a return, two more weeks passed, and the evomag people still do not want to send me the return form. In these two weeks I do not answer neither emails nor telephone. It's outrageous! First and last order on this site. Unprofessional.
