The order placed, paid and in the process of delivery from June 2, today is June 5, no one answers the phone, I assume that the order is not even delivered to the courier, because all couriers deliver in maximum 72 hours even if they encounter difficulties at delivery.
L. E. after about 30 minutes someone answered the phone to confirm that the order did not even leave them, unfortunately I have to look for a child seat for the car loan so that tomorrow I can go on vacation. the status "in delivery" is incorrect, the situation in which my order is now is "order in process" because the problem is in their warehouse not at the courier

I sent the e-mail to reclamatii@evomag.ro on 05.06, I received a reply on 09.06 that the order went to me, at the moment I have not been contacted by the courier.
