Fair prices and products. Neither too much, not too-very. I rarely buy, and for long periods of time here. However, I have noticed a constant of the last years: the desire to be little different from the rest of the online stores through constantly improved feedback regarding everything that happens with an order, both by email and SMS. It is among the few stores that offer details with names and surnames about the person in charge of an order, and this means something rare nowadays: taking responsibility.
When lifting products from the showroom, as well, the desire to streamline the activity and to shorten the time required to pick up the products. In a word, respect for the customer. Real respect, not the simple politeness behind which you feel the contempt specific to the big online stores that treat you from above and your customers and partners.
If I find competitive prices and the trend I noticed will continue, it will certainly increase the frequency with which I will buy from this store.
