I bought two smartwatches from Evomag, I paid online, I chose to pick them up from the showroom, when I got there, the employees had an attitude that made you feel sorry that you bought from them. The nasty thing is that if you choose to pick up the products from the showroom, you lose the right to return the product in case it doesn't work properly. The two watches I bought were an Amazfit T-rex (a 10 note watch) and an Amazfit gts (for my wife), after about 8 days I came back with that Amazfit gts because I realized that it did not records sleep parameters properly (I noticed this when I gave my wife the T-rex and then I saw the difference), my desire was to return the clock because it does not work in normal parameters, the explanation of those who deal with The return was that "the product cannot be returned because I could try it there in the showroom when I picked it up" meaning I had to sleep there for about 2-3 days to see if it works properly. After several discussions I handed over the watch to be sent to the service (knowing in myself that they have nothing to do with them) waiting for the 15 days to pass and to take my money back. The 15 days have passed, no one has contacted me. After another two days I decide to go there to see what it is about and to receive the answer that I have to wait a few more days for the answer to come from the service (Evomag being legally obliged to offer me an option after 15 days, replacing product or money back). Now almost 10 days after the expiration of the 15 days, I did not receive my money back on that watch.
