I am waiting for an order that should have arrived in 5-6 days but not even after a week (tomorrow will be a week) no one can tell me when the order will arrive, the product already appears out of stock on the site. It's as if I see that another week will pass when I will be notified that I will not receive anything ... "normal" ... the order was paid online, and I am spending money but without the goods I ordered ...
Customer relations ... I stayed on the phone for 46 minutes, until I was able to see someone. Their answer was that it is not known when the order will arrive.
Designated Sales Consultant ... I sent 2 emails this week to try to find out some new information about my order. No reply.
Tip: if a customer calls you or sends you an email, at least answer the answer "I don't know" "you don't know" "someday" "the near future" etc. it is not the most okay answer. At least try to contact the suppliers, get up-to-date information, at least feel that you are trying your best to be well, that you care about customers ....
A very sad situation ...
