Although I read the negative reviews I was ambitious and took the scooter in service to them (under warranty). If for a week no one knew where she was and they asked me where I left it even though I had the technical file (Service request no: 31574) another week I tried to call them to find out information about the repair. We don't even talk about email because I don't answer. SO FOR 50-100 LEI PLUS MAKE THE PURCHASE OTHERWISE. I'm not in the system, am I? You are already embarrassed
