Update: I am forced to come back with this update and with the rating change from one star to four, because the situation has been resolved. I received the resolution from the service 'the watch can no longer be repaired' so I was given the opportunity to either receive another watch in exchange or to have my full value returned at the time of purchase. I chose to have my money returned and today, about six days after the communication of the decision, the money went into my account. I did not give five stars because of the very long times, although they were within the legal deadlines, the times were forced to the maximum, anyway it is for me a unique experience for Romania.

If you buy from here, the sales people are prompt, they send you the product in no time, the problem arises if you send it to them for service ... God forbid. I sent a Garmin Fenix 3 watch for service on 10.07.2018, on 11.07 2018 it was handed over to Evomag according to AWB. Today, July 17, 2018, I called to ask what is the status of the intervention and the surprise ... it has not yet been sent to the service, it is dust and powder. They only have six days to send me back the repaired or replaced watch ... I doubt they will make it as long as they haven't even sent it to the service, but I'm sure I don't buy from Evomag anymore.
