The installation was great and the service after the sale was great. We had a small problem and Nick came and ordered a new window. The window was installed and worked fine. Then Kurt from quality control came out to make sure the work was done well. The service has been exemplary and window quality is excellent. Saved us money on utility bills over the winter.

We are very happy with the windows and the service we have received. We have had the windows installed for almost 2 years. Our heating and cooling bills have decreased and I believe it is due to the upgraded windows from Eurotech.

Euro tech was terrible, they threaten me saying because I went with a different contractor that this will be put on my credit. Their very over priced and very rude.
The salesman told me he was turning in the contract on Wednesday, I called him on Monday and told him we was going to wait. Then a field manager came to our house trying to get us to buy the windows again, we was like no thanks
That's when he ran out saying we owe them restocking fee, my windows was never measured so what stocking fee!!!

High pressure salesman. Give you a price and then changes it at the last minute if you do not make the deal. They say they want informed consumers, but they do not. They have no interest in you have an understanding what others offer, they just want you to buy their windows now. The salesman said it was the norm in the industry, but maybe it would be better to break the norms. Take care of your customers, and offer the best price with the chance to compare.

The installers did a great job and were very prompt (Adams crew) and didn't waste any time. Kurt stopped by to go over the installation and all the features of the windows. All in all, a very good experience.

We have replaced 2 sets of patio doors, one window...

We have replaced 2 sets of patio doors, one window and an entry door in our apartment with them back in 2015. We received a lifetime warranty for all above. The windows and patio doors we ordered were supposed to be the best availabvle and we did pay a lot for that. Last year, I noticed 2 of the patio doors getting foggy on the inside (1 in dedroom and 1 in living room set). I called the company, I believe every other week for 2 weeks. I kept on leaving the message on the service department voicemail. I usually called them when I got back from work, around 4PM. Everytime I was told to leave a message or to call back when the service person was in (9AM-2:30PM). She never called me back, at some point I was driving by their shop and stopped in- nobody there to help me. Left a message again. I believe someone from service department finally called me back, 1 or 2 days after I stopped by. I told her what was wrong, they had info on file, they ordered the doors and I had to wait around 3-4 weekd to get them replaced. I had to pay $150 for the service. The replaced door did not fit very well in the living room- was very hard to move (sliding door), was very sqeeky- was told to use WD-40 or call to have itr replaced again.... The doors were replaced end if March 2019.
And now, February 2020, I called them again- the door from bedroom that was replaced last year, and the door next to it got foggy on the inside. AGAIN. Very frustrated by the quality of it!! So I called last week and left a message. Monday- no call. Call again- leave a message- no call back. I Call again Wednedsay- a very nice lady picks up- tells me I have to leave a messge in the service department for I belive Merry? I said that I already did, twice, and nobody called me back. Then she tells me that her work hours are Mon-Fri 9AM- 2:30PM. I asked why she doesn't return her calls? She coudn't answer and said I need to call during Merry's (?) working hours or leave a message. So I choose to leave a message and set up a reminder on my phone to call the office during her work hours. Nobody called me on Thursday. OK. Friday 11AM- I call- she doesn't pick up. I leave a message. And now I am writing this review. I am beyond frustrated. This is the worst customer service ever! From what I read they will harrass every potential customer with phone calls to have them purchase with EuroTech and when you actually have paid thousands of dollars, and the product received is defective, not only they will not answer your calls- they won't even call you back! This is just plain ridiculus! I will be trying to call them again and again- we will see when and if (!) I will be able to get any help...

Adam's team showed up today on time (but Adam - leader of the team and translator never was there). Did a quick 7 hour job, good quality, but unfortunately difficult to try to explain to workers to CLEAN the sills and trim so the caulking sticks... Which they didn't (second time this has happened). Also redid a window they FORGOT to back with wood previously, so if they make a mistake they will fix it!
(BUT... YOU have to be the one to catch it because their quality control people tend to miss a lot of things)
So, all in all a good job and team as long as they have a foreman.

Our windows no long lock, and no one will return our call to service them. We have called from several different numbers to attempt to contact them, and no one is ever available and we are just sent to voicemail that no one returns.

Installer wasn't on time and didn't call. Glad I sat aside my entire morning for the job. He laid down plastic on the inside work area and installed four windows and screens in four hours by himself. He cleaned up everything and took all old windows and debri with him. My husband and I are very pleased with the results. The side porch now matches the rest of the house and for the first time in fifteen years we can open our windows. We also like the price that worked within our budget and we do not have to pay until 2021. Thank you Euro-Tech.

Tony has been very helpful in dealing with many issues we encountered with our HOA. The sales rep Jeff, was a great individual, got straight to the point, and I left the meeting happy and excited for my new windows. Adam and his crew flew through the install, hitting the ground running as soon as the truck pulled up. Finally Kurt came in to make sure everything was going well, ran through some additional information about the windows, and made sure I was happy with everything. Overall, Euro-Tech will be the first window provider I will call in the future! Also, they have a great warranty!!!

We ve dealt with Euro Tech windows for close to 20 years had our siding done and windows done. We had some wind damage to the siding they came out immediately and repaired the siding and we also had some hail damage to screens same thing again came out very quickly replaced the screens.
We are very happy with their service and quality.
Our service rep was Niko who is very courteous and professional and re-took the time to understand how badly we need the screens done and siding repair would recommend Euro Tech windows to anyone.

I have had euro tech windows for 15 plus years, this company is fantastic, best money i ever spent. My home looks so picture perfect with the etched glass windows we purchased, not to mention the increase in home value.

We have had a few leaks in the gas between the glass panels over the years, two torn screens, and recently one patio door gas leak, not bad for fifteen years. As the lifetime warranty states all replacements were installed in a few weeks after calling for service.

Very friendly contact people, and the installer Nick was absolutely fabulous. He was out the other day to replace our patio door, the new door had a scratch on the frame, he said no worries we will get another out to you as soon as possible. he put the scratched door in anyway, because the problem was with the glass on the old one, and said ill be back in a few weeks with a new door. This place really stands behind there product. Nick also noticed our patio door screen wasn't opening smoothly as it should while installing the new door and adjusted it while he was here, he also took the time to give a visual check of other windows to see if they needed attention. Thanks to Nick and the staff at euro-tech windows. Five star for sure.

We wanted to replace 7 window in our house. Euro-tech was the 4th company came by. At the beginning of the appointment, we told the guy that we are not looking to make the decision at the same day we just want a quote and do the research before we make the final decision. The sales person just won't leave. The price drop from the original 16.5K to 10.7K in the 5 HOURS that he was in our house. At the end both my husband and I got worn down and agreed to signed the contract. It's our fault that we fell for the sales scam.

The next day we did some more research for this company and the window they are selling. To be fair, the window is not a bad window. But the price is inflated. The salesman kept saying lifetime warranty on everything and lifetime transferable, which was a lie. The exterior paint only has a 10-year warranty and the warranty transfer become pro-rated for 50% starting 10 years and stops at 25 years.

Because the lies and the bad review that we saw online, we decided to cancel the contract. By Wisconsin consumer protection law, to cancel the contract, we just have to send a writing notice to the business by the end of the 3rd business day. When I called to informed the company about the cancellation. They said by company policy, the cancellation has to be signed off by a sales manager that has to come to our house again! I don't need another salesman to come to my house and try talking me into not to cancel the contract and miss my deadline of cancelling the contract. What kind of company policy can exceed the law?They violated the law by misleading customer the wrong information. After I mention that to them, then they said, OK, you can cancel the contract.

A company that built on top of high pressure sales tactics and lies is not going to last long!

Update: Firstly, I removed my heading. I was very angry when I wrote the review, because Euro-tech was not making it easy for me trying to cancel the contract. I apologize, I should not call your company a "scam".
However, the owner responded that "Much of the above review is false", so , please tell me, which sentence in the review was false? I can promised you, everything i stated above happened. As for the warranty, I found a copy of the warranty on the Greatlake website. I understand every company has a different definition of a "lifetime warranty", but don't promise me it's a 100% lifetime transferable warranty when it's not. And we especially asked about warranty for the exterior paint and was told "everything is lifetime" (we did not ordered the painted exterior, we wanted that information for future reference) .
One more thing, I posted a review on BBB, they tried to get rid of my review by denying me as a previous customer. Another lie. To be fair, your window is a good mid-rang vinyl window, but I don't agree on your company ethic.
BTW, we signed a contract with a true 5-start rating company with top-range vinyl window (triple pane) with a lower price! Their presentation in our house was only 30 minutes with no pressure at all!

EXTREMELY unprofessional! 8 PM at night , pitch black out and I have a gentleman ringing the doorbell. I was upstairs and my wife was downstairs scared to open the door... I went downstairs and opened it up to see a flier about this company. I decided to call the number to tell them I didn't appreciate what they did. The gentleman answered the phone "Yeah Hello?".... seriously?? I told him I didn't appreciate the time of hour he came and he said" Okay, well make sure to keep our information!" I would never trust a company that feels the need to market their product in this manner.

I got quotes from 3 companies before going with Euro-Tech. Not only did their product seem the most advanced, their salesman took the time to explain and compare the wide range of replacement windows available. He had samples of various available window frames and an entire Euro-Tech window assembly. He answered every question I asked, and I had many. So many, in fact, that he was with me for more than 4 hours, and never showed even a hint of impatience. I ordered 4 windows.

The gentlemen who installed the windows were professional, worked quickly but efficiently and were very courteous. Because I was so curious as to the actual process, I watched them during every step of the process. Although I tried to stay out of their way, I'm sure my presence was an annoyance but neither of them so much as hinted at this fact. The older of the two men, obviously the "boss", because he did all the finishing and trim work, couldn't have been more meticulous. When an unexpected problem arose, he was forced to rebuild an entire window box before installing the window. Even though this is included as part of the contract, my situation was extreme and it took quite a while to correct. Also, they did a wonderful clean-up job afterwards, including vacuuming my rug.

Finally, before and after the window installation, I needed to talk several times with someone in the parent company about various issues. I was referred to Tony Navigato, their "problem solving guru". Once again, I had dealings with an individual who was courteous and polite. More to the point, he made it his business to go beyond what would have been necessary to satisfy me - he "bent over backwards" to make me more than happy.

For all these reasons, I would return to this company for any future work I may need to have done in my home.

I contacted this company about two years ago to get a quote for replacement windows for two rental properties I own. (I have built and remodeled a number of homes so I know a little more than the average Joe about this stuff). A salesman came and gave me a quote which was at full retail pricing and did not move forward with them. At some point I received a follow up call asking if a manager could come by and give me revised quote, but since I no longer lived in the state I let them know I could not meet with them at that time.

They were diligent about following up. Most times I was not in town when they called, but finally they called when I was in town. After setting up a time to meet they transferred me to a manager to confirm. Here is where it gets weird. They insisted that I have my wife present. I explained to the guy that these properties, along with others I own , are operated as my business and my wife is never involved in the business decisions. I even told him my name and only my name is on the titles to the properties. Besides that when I come to town to tend to the properties she doesn't travel with me. He abruptly told me that it was their policy that she be there and therefore couldn't help me. I was miffed. I think I understand why they have this policy. I think it is so that they don't waste their time meeting with one homeowner, getting the OK and then getting the call back and hearing " my wife says no". They want both(all) homeowners their to get everyone on board without risking the cancellation. However, I am the sole decision maker and told them that.

They had called me so many times and when I finally agree to meet them they pull this garbage. They way they handled the call and the attitude by the manager left a very bad taste in my mouth. I started wondering if the owner(s) are required to always have their spouses present when making any and all of their business decisions. Sure would make it a hassle when the company needs to purchase more toilet paper.

So today, a couple of months later, I get another call from them offering to have a manager come out and give me a better price. Unbelievable, I am still on their list! I explained to the woman of my last experience and told her very clearly that this is a business, my wife is not involved in any business decisions and that neither of these homes is our residence. She said that it was their policy that the spouse be present and she couldn't help. Wow. She did say she would take me off their list this time. We'll see.

I just had new roofs put on my house and detached garage. The supplies were delivered on one day and the roofs were installed the next day. This was a complete tear off and replacement job. The installers were polite and worked well together. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. I am very happy with the workmanship and love my new roofs.

This buisness was knocking on doors in my neighborhood. I agreed to an estimate on my roof and made any appointment. I was quoted a ridiculously high price and when I told their employee no they came back with an offer 6 THOUSAND off of the still high estimate. Over the next 3 weeks I receive calls daily which I ignore until I get fed up with the calls. Upon answering the phone they explain a mistake was made and they want to send out a "manager" to rectify the situation. I reluctantly agree and make an appointment. When the appointment arrived the "manager" is a no show. Bottom line these people will waste your time or try to scam you with estimates. Spend your money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service from trying to schedule a free estimate. Sales rep that came out was awesome but had to reschedule due to unfortunate circumstances. Confirmed my appointment on a Saturday for tuesday. Had to reconfirm on Sunday for Tuesday. Now here it is the day before my appointment and they want me to reconfirm for tomorrow. I tell the lady Im at work and cant keep doing this. If your sales person wants to show up on tuesday than great. I have customers that need my attention. She says " well sir we have to confirm." I told her I have confirmed and reconfirmed my appointment multiple times. Experience is absolutely horrible

Installed windows gutters and flashing around my house. The windows and gutters were improperly installed and it started leaking in my house around the gutters and windows It rained in my house and they haven't been back out to honor the work or lifetime guarantee. They tried to blame it on my siding saying it was faulty. I've been here 14 years it has never leaked. I've 've spoken with the owner Tony, Service manager nico, the sales man Jeff and its been 1 month and they haven't fixed the Windows that I spent around 20,000 on. Not to mention they are expensive and sub contract the work. They were also supposed to replace the cap on the parapet wall and used aluminum fascia and soffit to replace the parapet coping cap.

I didn t want to write a review without purchasing their product but their service is ridiculously aggressive. Had an appointment. The rep didn t write an estimate because he spent 45 mins selling me on the window features. Was going to set up second appointment to actually measure windows and talk # s. Except their office followed up 5 times a day and didn t leave messages. Called me at 9a, 12p, 2p, 5p and then 8p. Who calls for window sales follow up at 8:28p on a Friday?

There s voicemail for a reason. If they called once or twice this review wouldn t have been left. But 5 times a day over multiple days? If your windows are that great why the need to be so aggressive? Sounds fishy.

I had windows, roof and siding done at my house and it looks great. I was very impressed with the windows and siding crew. Not so much with the roof but Euro-Tech took care of that and now I'm very very pleased with everything done to my house. Thanks Euro-Tech.

My husband had arranged to have a quote on gutters, soffit and fascia, a big job. Our appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, 7/31 at 7 pm. We received an appointment confirmation voice mail on Tuesday before. I called Tuesday evening to confirm, then was transferred to the technician or representative.

He reiterated what the previous rep stated, except for the time. He said 6 pm and I corrected him and said no, it's 7 pm. He then asked me if we could change it to 6 pm or if we could reschedule for Thursday night. I told him no, since our schedules were very difficult to change, so he said ok, we'll see you tomorrow at 7 pm.

Wednesday night both my husband and I were waiting on the representative. 7 pm came and no show. Approximately 7:10 pm we received a call from their appointment scheduler, informing me that they experienced a computer problem and couldn't get a hold of the representative to notify him about the appointment and if we could reschedule for Thursday night. I was also informed that I would receive a great discount for this.

At first I thought, why would I receive a big discount on a free estimate? Then I responded to the scheduler and stated that I wasn't buying their excuse of a computer issue. I in fact had this same conversation with the representative on Tuesday night and stated that we could not reschedule, our schedules are very difficult to change due to our jobs. The scheduler said, well, there's nothing more that I can do.

It's disheartening to have an issue of customer service and commitment even before you get started. Red flags went up and we've decided to look for another company.

A quality product was demonstrated, how ever the sales approach was a disappointment. After refusing to purchase the night of the presentation, a call was placed that said a manager would come out and double check the work of the sales rep (which if you can't trust the work of an employee that is a red flag). Other reviews also detail their sales approach as less than desirable. When that option was passed and an email estimate was requested so it could be considered, "company policy" said that wasn't possible. So needless to say Euro Tech isn't an option to be considered unless you want to play games. Very disappointing.

Even when an issue did arise after the polar vortex, their customer service went above and beyond to remedy it. I am surprised by the negative reviews considering the experience this company gave my elderly mother was nothing short of the absolute best. I cannot thank this company enough for their professionalism and the way they treated my mother during the entire process of replacing her siding. The installers even moved some of her heavy planters for her. Overall this company gets 5 stars in my book and I will definitely refer anyone to them.
