Horrible customer service from trying to schedule ...

Horrible customer service from trying to schedule a free estimate. Sales rep that came out was awesome but had to reschedule due to unfortunate circumstances. Confirmed my appointment on a Saturday for tuesday. Had to reconfirm on Sunday for Tuesday. Now here it is the day before my appointment and they want me to reconfirm for tomorrow. I tell the lady Im at work and cant keep doing this. If your sales person wants to show up on tuesday than great. I have customers that need my attention. She says " well sir we have to confirm." I told her I have confirmed and reconfirmed my appointment multiple times. Experience is absolutely horrible
