Euro-tech offers glass block window installation..Not easy to find a company that does anymore it seems. Received multiple quotes from siding and window companies. Adam at Euro-tech gave us the most fair price quote out of all. After signing the paperwork to allow Euro-tech to do the work there was some delay because of other projects the installers had to finish and cold weather also delayed progress. During that time Adam called to give me updates on when I could expect installers to start. I understood the delays and appreciate Adam calling or texting with updates. I didn't need to reach out as much. Mike and Jerry were the installers and did a great job. I was at work for some of the days the work was being performed and even Mike, the installer was kind enough to send pictures and updates to my phone of the progress even though I didn't request it. That was excellent! Quality product and quality installation! My purchase was for glass block windows and siding.

We bought our windows from them 2 years ago and they are fantastic. The workers were very prompt and courteous. Kurt was our quality control guy and he was great. Highly recommend them

Mr Marcin/Martin arrived 10/15 mins before 8am and arrived alone, Mr Ralph did pay a short visit and placed the advertisement on our lawn and left, if anyone should receive total credit on this glorious day that are house has been beautified and rejuvenated...All the thanks and may GOD bless Mr Marcin who has done a phenomenal job with a lot of attention to the detail

We love our new windows! They are very high quality, easy to open and close, and have made the noise from the nearby road less noticeable. They also look great. The installation crew was professional and courteous as well.

From Philip the sales rep to Kurt K. the quality inspector they made us feel like we were their most important customer. They went through and explained the aspects of the windows and even gave us demonstrations. They came by the day after the installation so if there were any issues they knew about them immediately. The windows are amazing if I could do more them 5 stars I would.

While my windows turned out fine and the contractors did a decent job.....I want to warn anyone who is financing the cost of the work. DO NOT let them take a loan from enerbank. They have terrible customer service and wont let you make additional payments towards principal! They take out interest regardless even when asking to make additional payment directly to principal loan. The customer service is very poor, they are rude and it makes me almost wish went with a different contractor. They have a terrible BBB rating. I hope that euro-tech sees this and stops working with enerbank for financing. I would highly suggest finding a better babk.

The only thing I am happy with are the windows themselves. Absolutely nothing else promised was delivered on. Not even a follow up phone call to make sure everything went as it should have. I had originally planned on doing my whole house. I did half and will not have them do the rest.

I have purchased windows for my home from Euro-Tech, and have been 100% satisfied with their work and quality of their products. Very friendly people. The work was done and completed just as they explained it. I have been very satisfied with them, and now I'm gonna get ready to do my siding with them now. Excited to see how that turns out!

Sales person and Kurt K showed up to do an inspection. Really knowledgeable guy and got the process done real quick. Even gave us a gift bag.

We had our roof done in 2016 the guys that did the install were great.the next year we had windows and a patio door installed the guys doing the work were awesome, Kurt K from quality control stopped by to make sure we were still happy!!!!!!

We had Eurotech replace our roof several years ago. They did an excellent job. Quality work and the workers cleaned up thoroughly. So, a couple years later we contacted them when we needed insulation in our attic. This was also a positive experience.

Since then their quality of labor, their customer service, and their responsiveness has dropped drastically. They will not stand behind their work, will not return phone calls, and leave you with unfulfilled promises.

Two and a half years ago we had them install 5 basement windows. Within 6 months we notices that two of the windows were leaking through the frames they were installed into (not the windows themselves). We began to call them. After more than a year, we were finally able to reach someone in customer service. They promised to send someone out to check them. (They even had the nerve to say that it was past warranty. It wouldn't have been if they had returned calls.) Another year and many calls later, someone finally came. They said that it was our foundation, not the windows so they weren't responsible. (The old windows had not leaked on this foundation. The wood had just rotted.) We continued to call and months later they sent out a second person who said the windows hadn't been caulked well. He promised to come back out and do it correctly but didn't have time right then.

During this time last spring, we ordered a new front door and storm door from them. The storm door hardware is too large and too close to the frame and was scratching the frame within a day after installation. The gasket around the glass of the storm door does not stay in the groove and constantly has to be put back.

We once more have had the call them repeatedly for months. (The man never did come back to repair the basement windows.) A repairman was supposed to be here at 4 today to repair the storm door, but never showed up. My recommendation would be to never use this company. They will not stand behind their work, will not return your calls, and will leave you frustrated.

We have had our window for years. Kurt K. stopped by. They are still in good shape.

I had a great experience with everyone employed with Euro-Tech and all work done by Euro-Tech. My salesperson was great (even bought my family of 6 dinner, delivered, because the estimating process went late). The installers, Adam and his crew, were beyond excellent in their care and professionalism. We had some problems with some of the windows that came from the manufacturer whom Euro-Tech uses. Euro-Tech was so upset with some of the problems that they called the manufacturer and made their quality control person drive 4 hours on that day in order to come to my house and see the problems and recommend a remedy. Kurt from Euro-Tech who does their quality control and customer satisfaction came to my house about 4 separate times to make sure I was satisfied, even though he was moving out of and into a new house himself. We had problems with the manufacturer, but Euro-Tech stayed on them until all was resolved. Well Done!

We had them install a new roof on our house. They showed up when they said they would and did the work as they said they would. Great result.

Guys showed up this morning, they did an awesome job! Very fast and efficient! Kurt stopped by after and checked everything out on the job.

The windows look great esthetically, but we ve had continuous issues for the last two years and it s like pulling teeth to get ahold of anyone at Eurotech. We ve been given so many excuses as to why we feel a draft from every window, why our screens didn t fit, and now why we are getting water coming in through the seal. Lifetime warranty, yes, but you are going to work for it.

Had a steel door installed in the back of house replacing a homemade one to the basement. Great upgrade to say the least, installed perfectly, no drafts at all unlike the old one. Installer was polite and professional, very happy with the work done and quality of the door itself.

The men did a great job. Rolf was so efficient. Never stopped working, proficient, great.

Our window job covered 2 days. The installers were prompt in arriving and getting the job done. Even though we are still waiting for a couple corrections, I'm very pleased with the windows. Dan K. even stopped by with a couple thank-you gifts and to check on our windows personally. Great company. If you're on the fence about who to use, you wont be disappointed with EuroTech.

The windows went in like the breeze flowing through them, easy and beautiful. Saved a lot of curse words and arguments from my husband and me. They are super easy to use and clean. I'm very happy.

Whole process went very smoothly. Adam (sales rep), Adam's installers, and Kurt (quality control) were excellent in all phases.

This company was in our neighborhood knocking on doors to market. The gentlemen who came to the door was polite & since we actually were going to be installing a new patio door I decided to set up the estimate. The next day a gentlemen came for the estimate - which was actually more of a sales call. He asked that my husband be present as well and he was working so they asked that maybe we reschedule at a later time when we know more of what we are looking for. He was kind and I would have actually considered having him back for a more detailed appointment - however later the same day we got a call to reschedule. The lady on the phone wanted to schedule for the next day. I said I had told the sales rep not both of us would be available. She said it is actually our policy and I said nobody explained that initially. She said again well it s our policy & said abruptly we ll i will take you off our list ....and HUNG UP! I couldn t believe it. I said nothing combative. I actually wanted to schedule for another time and she took me off their list . Okay, well I ll take you off ours too. I read review after they came to our neighborhood and while the reviews are mixed - ther are too many with these sketchy complaints. I didn t get any sort of info on what I was buying after they left initially so I m not sure how to shop their product - something just doesn t add up. Bottom line - button up your customer service and marketing calls so that your business doesn t seem so shady. Unfortunate.

I just wanted to share my opinion about Euro-tech because I have been noticing some bad reviews about the canvassing department and Euro-Tech's products and services. I worked at Euro-Tech every summer when I came home from college. I always recommend people to apply there if they are looking for a job because it is a great place to work at for all ages. From my time there I have work with other college students, ex-military and even some retired folks. I read some reviews about canvassers pounding on doors. I'm sure that it just sounds more aggressive than they are intending it to. Coming from someone who has worked there for several summers there is nothing more awkward than someone not hearing your knock. I have had too many times to count where I scared a homeowner because they didn't hear me knock and walked out their door. Euro-Tech offers quality products and has good customer service. I will continue and always recommend them to family, friends and clients for all of there exterior home improvement needs.

They even had financing available so we could get the job done and had all the windows replaced at once. They also replaced our external doors and storm doors. Beautiful work.

We had our window put in on January 2006.I 'm happy with the service and the windows. The always make call to make sure you don't have any issue with your window. I would recommend Euro tech to anyone looking to get new window.

Had our house windows replaced in 2016. Windows are in good shape. Company comes back regularly to check on their quality.

Had two picture windows replaced Tuesday by Adam Turel, Peter and Tom. Could not be more pleased with the windows and the quality. The guys did an amazing job and clean up. Drew was our sales person and was very through. We will be replacing others maybe this year or in the spring. I will be spreading the word to others. Hopefully we can get the same installers

I m still waiting for them to fix the new windows that were installed 6 months ago. I can t open the windows without straining my back. The seal in the door that was installed by Euro-Tech is falling off and I ve only been waiting a only month for that to be fixed and completed. Very poor work and customer service. I would not recommend my worst enemy to do business with Euro tech Windows especially after this last experience. I wanted to take my screen out to clean the window and they told me I have to go outside and take it out. Who does that anymore? Damn, I have to take a ladder to my house just to take out the screen? I feel just because I m elderly, doesn t mean I can be taken advantage of! Thanks for taking my money Euro windows and not repairing the poorly installed windows and doors. I m absolutely disgusted with the horrible service and sick and tired of asking them kindly to repair their work.

From sales to installation knowledgable, friendly & professional. We had 18 windows installed over 2 days. The 3 installers did a great job. They covered all of my furniture with plastic showed up on time and the windows look wonderful

We have purchased windows, front door and patio door and are extremely happy with all the products. Even more impressed with the installers!! They were very professional and did a spectacular job!!

Keep getting calls from this company, they are storm chasers and only want your money. They sell cheapest of the cheap windows, siding, and attic insulation. Having been in the window and entry door systems industry this company is NOT a company you want working on your house, specially if they have to call and bother you. Beware this company is a scam!!!!!

We had our roof (replace decking/new shingles) done by Eurotech couple of years ago. The sales pitch was great and convincing, the price was on the high side but we went with them anyway. I really wish, the installers were half as competent as the sales guy ! The work felt shoddily done and has been a nightmare with them since. They left nails and plywood chips/pieces all over the fiber glass insulation in the attic. When questioned, they said it was not their responsibility to leave the attic clean it was very clean when they started and now its unsafe to climb up there. Multiple areas of siding/gutters and downspouts were damaged. Since they were not hired for gutters, they were not responsible ! First rain and the skylight (they installed new with the decking/shingles) started leaking, the guy comes over after dozen calls, makes us buy a new one, installs it with loads of caulk. We had the walls/paint inside fixed separately. Days later we started seeing wet spots on the ceiling, more calls and the guy comes back with caulk gun, says it was just a bad nail More wet spots show up in the winter, looked up in the attic, the nails are rusted and there is mold. 2 months of calls and no resolution. Anytime you call them, they say they are working on it. Climbed up the roof in spring and noticed that the decking is warped in multiple locations and shingles are curved. The deck/plywood has gaps where you can see through the shingles. Despite all this, and one of their own guys stating this was terribly wrong, I can't have them come up with a resolution. In 2 months, I've talked to Cresta/Drew/Tim/Jared more than once, with some up to dozen times. In this time, we got multiple calls from them for more business but no word on this issue. I cannot comment on their other workmanship, but for roofing they are a complete waste of time/money. For following through when things go bad, this company cant be trusted. (you cannot give zero stars here!)

From Start to finish Euro_tech made the experience a extremely good one. We purchased a door Thru Ryan where he went over all the benefits of the door , and the kick proof frame the door frame, making us feel even more conformable security wise. Ryan followed up with the delivery and install dates. The installer did an fantastic job, He took additional time to remove our old outer gas door down and reinstalled it. There was no clean up to do at all! Kurt came by after the install and checked the installation and made sure we were completely satisfied. Hats oof to Euro-Tech for wounder customer experience start to finish.

Excellent product made in USA. Triple pane double hung windows. Lifetime warranty. Blocks 98% of the heat from the sun. The best part is I can see out of my windows again. The old windows were so cloudy I couldn't see thru them.

I went back and ordered 9 more windows.

I am very happy with the five windows that were installed a couple of years ago. The installers were on time, very efficient and professional. The windows are beautiful. I m considering replacing a couple more windows soon.

I have a three car garage that needs to be reshingled. The job was not big enough for them to do unless I also wanted windows installed or another project done. I am not, nor are most people, looking to tackle additional projects just so a company will take interest. Further, I have received several calls from them. If their call center wasn't as big, maybe they could take on smaller jobs.

Very friendly service. Showed up on time and got the job done well. highly recommend.

I was solicited by an Euro-Tech Inc door-to-door salesperson, with a clearly displayed "No Soliciting" sign on private property, and after pointing to said sign, he continued to solicit.

Thankfully he left a flyer with your company name (along with his name) so I would know which company to review, and avoid giving my business to.

Edit: After reading some more reviews, I don't want to see the same cut and paste response from you Fred. Your tactics are outdated and I do not care who you employee or how many people you've serviced. Bottom line is your employee infringed on my privacy.

Used to be a Good Company, NO LONGER STAY AWAY!!! If your going to hire SubContractors, let the customer know. Workers were unprofessional, did not speak the language, not a problem, I also speak spanish, it was like the workers are scared of EuroTech. EuroTech did not speak spanish in order to communicate with the workers per the person I spoke with. Work was left unfinished, Supposedly EuroTech sent for an inspection. That's a Joke. To date EuroTech has not addressed the problem, they continue to bill me for unresolved issues.

The Euro-Tech, Inc products and service is excellent. I have had them replace my roof and a door. The most recent project, the replacement of four basement windows, was as I expected. The instillation was quickly and skillfully done while the workers were neat and considerate of my home. The windows look great and 200% better than what was there. I am currently done with updates for my home but when a new exterior project emerges I will be sure to call Euro-Tech.

From front to finish they made my house beautiful. They completely changed The look of my house and made it look so modern. I m in love with my house again!!! Very professional company and salesman. I highly recommend!

My grandmother had her roof done 2 years ago and its still in great condition. Kurt came by to make sure we were still good. Very friendly!

I haven't even done business with them and I never will! They called me and I made an appt which they never showed up to. Then, 6 months later, they call me, and while I'm trying to explain what happened, he started talking over me and then hung up. I called back 4 times, and got hung up on each time when I tried to explain the story. So rude!

We recently had a new front door installed. Looks great! We had some initial issues with the wrong color for the side light. However, Jen in their service department was great about working with us to make it right and they showed great customer service. We were able to get the color changed and get just what we wanted.

They were great. We love the siding and soffit fascia and gutters! And Dan from quality control came to verify our satisfaction. We wold highly recommend them

Euro-Tech is professional. The job was done on time with quality materials. Workers are very polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

Have worked with Euro-Tech twice for Windows and roofing, they have not let me down, pleased with there product and service. Their company representatives are very knowledgeable of the products and services and have good people skills. Will use them again and refer to others.
