Had a new roof put on. The workers were there early & stayed late to finish the job. If there is any room for improvement it may only be keeping the customer aware of any delays other than weather. Everyone. I spoke to was polite and professional.
Huge draft with windows (from windows proven with plastic ) took years to have something finally done and all they did was add more insulation around window even stating it probably wouldn't help.. and it didn't

Very Disappointed about the marketing ways this company has.One person came to my home she was nice but I canceled the appointment and she said she had cancel everything for me and I would not get a call. Eurotech calls every single day ive had to block this company's number. Stop Harassing and calling Multiple times when a customer says NO STOP CALLING!!!!! Horrible way of marketing banging on doors and being very pushy about your products.
Had all windows, including bay window and patio door done a year ago. Love them!!! They reduced the heating air conditioning bill by a ton. The guys who install are fast and efficient. Kurt came back a year later to make sure everything was still to our liking!
Bakim was helpful and knowledgeable when choosing the right products for us. The employees that handled installation worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Dan came to check on our satisfaction.
Euro Tech did all my windows and sliding glass doors at my townhome 5 years ago. They were professional and prompt. The install seemed so simple. Kurt K from quality control stopped by to check up on the windows! Super nice guy. I still love these windows!

If, like me, you don't like playing sales games, do not deal with this company. I contacted them about purchasing/installing a replacement entry door to my home. The salesperson came out and provided an overview of the product, which, I admit seems like a good product. However, when we got to the part of the presentation about cost, the games began. First, we were presented with an initial price (Over $7,000). When we said no, we were given a second price (10% discount) if we agreed to purchase that day. We said no, we have more research to do. Then came the question from the salesperson to us, "what would be your bottom line price that you would say yes to moving forward with the project?" Once we told him our price, he got on the phone with his manager, and, lo and behold, a new price was quoted (now less than $5,000 - more than $2,000 lower than originally quoted). This time, to get this price, we would have to purchase that day and and provide a good review and advertising signage in our yard. This price was still more than we were looking to spend on this project, so we declined and the salesperson went on his way. Over the next three days, I received multiple calls from the company asking if a manager could come out and get a re-measurement because they believe we were misquoted and they wanted to come out and give a new estimate. (It's a standard 36-inch door, so what do you need to remeasure?!!) This, I'm sure, was just another opportunity for them to meet face to face and play more sales games with us. I declined. Just give me your best fair price the first time and I'll deal with you, otherwise you just aren't trustworthy to me. Reminds me of buying a car from a dealer you don't trust.!!
Kurt stopped by to see how our euro tech products were holding up. He took photos of Windows with broken seals and the front door and side light. He explained features that were not explained to us before. We are extremely happy with the service provided!
On July 3rd I signed a contract to have a new roof and gutters installed by this company. Sales man Matt came out and sold the product. He then came back on July 24th and said we would be installed next week and we signed the final paperwork. On August 12th after calling the finance company asking for a different contractor I get a call and was informed that Matt no longer works for this company and they want to re-earn my business and asked that I meet with Kevin the manager to see if this can be fixed and we can move forward. Kevin came to my home on 8/14 and stated Matt lied about everything. He took zero responsibility for what Matt did or how he sold us our product. He promised he would take care of us and not drop the ball. he called the office and the lady he spoke with said we would have our product installed 2-3 weeks at most weather permitting. Today marks 3 weeks and I have not heard from either Kevin nor Euro-Tech and I still have no new roof or gutters. .
Edit 2:30pm - I am not sure why I am not able to reply to the owners comment however he stated they were waiting for the permit for 2 weeks. The lady that called me at 1:37pm said they were waiting on the permit for 1 week. I was promised install to happen twice now and it has not happened. It has been 9 weeks since I signed those papers. I do not get a call until I reach out to the BBB, the finance company and write this review and NOW they want to schedule an install? Suspicious? Why would I do business with a company who has this poor of customer service before the job is even done? Euro-Tech broke this contract not once, not twice but now 3 times and they want to threaten me with I am not able to break the contract?

Adam did an amazing job installing our windows, He was very professional and very knowledgeable about what he does. He was very friendly and social. Justin did a great job telling us about the windows and giving us a quote. Justin is very friendly and was very patient with us and answered all our questions. After the windows, Kurt came in and checked the quality of the windows and was great. He showed me how the windows work and game me some great advice.
Euro-tech was recommended by a previous satisfied customer. I couldn't be happier with the product and service I received from Euro-tech. I needed 9 windows and a sliding door installed ASAP. Once I engaged with Euro-tech I understood why others have been very satisfied. Everyone I dealt with was Professional and efficient making it an awesome experience. I'm extremely happy and definitely would recommend Euro-tech.
I think this company has sexist policies. I doubt very much had my husband set up the appointment and I not able to be available at scheduled times there would ve been an issue. There is nothing they would say that would convince me otherwise. They were rude, and even though I insisted I was the decision-maker on this small project insisted that the MAN had to be here Unbelievable!!!!
The guys who came out and replaced our windows did an amazing job and were extremely professional! Couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of work they performed. They had 18 windows done in less than 2 days and Kurt K. from quality came out after the install, and again, we could not be happier with our decision to have Euro- Tech do our windows!
