Good hotel with very friendly staff. On the other hand, the pool hours are clearly not suitable for children. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant of the restaurant (the pavilion) is also very good.

Lovely hotel whose staff are a tremendous asset. I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel where all the staff were always smiling. It makes such a difference. Set in lovely grounds with very good facilities. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and you could also order from the menu. We stayed with a group and chose our evening meal the night before but there was a good range of choices and it was well cooked.

Extremely disappointed, see my pics.
Wish I could have a refund as I paid a lot to stay here.
The flush didn't even work! Hair on my pillow. Splattered fly above our bed and mould in the shower. Terrible. Review going in my Channel islands blog

Stayed for 3 nights, Swimming pool and Spa facilities excellent, my wife and I used the facilities every day and both had a treatment on the last day. Spa staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Had breakfast every day in the Victor Hugo restaurant a good selection of hot and cold buffet plus fresh cooked kippers, boiled eggs and soldiers, eggs Benedict etc if required waiting staff smiley and efficient.

We ate dinner in the Pavilion Restaurant, the food was excellent and fairly priced and the service was friendly and efficient as well.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the en-suite facilities acceptable and it was nice to have a pod coffee machine in our room.

Check in and out experience good.

Overall a very good stay, although in my opinion the bedrooms and some of the public areas are due a refurbishment.

Cannot believe this is a 4 star hotel, I have stayed in better cheap chain hotels. Most of the staff are very friendly but don't know what they are doing and the whole place seems very disorganised. Breakfast is nothing special and the food served in the bar was inedible. You do not expect to come to a 4 star hotel and be served such garbage. Getting a taxi anywhere is such an effort as well. Staying here has really put a downer on the whole holiday. Certainly won't be back here again!

Nice looking hotel. Very spacious halls and room. Does have swimming pool and gym but didn't use them so not sure how good they are. They have sky sports in the bar area. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom as nice and modern and clean. The bed is comfortable but there were no electricity ports near the bed to chatge my phone, just two on thw other side of the room. Breakfast had lathe usual fruits, cereals, eggs etc and some nice cakes and pastries. Only negative for me was that the room was a bit cold and there was only a small radiator in the corner which didn't warm up the room well.

The welcome here was pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was excellent save for the Saturday evening when their was a wedding reception taking place. The level of noise was excessive, however, staff apologised and acknowledged that the DJ raised the sound beyond what was permitted. The staff applied discount to the room to compensate for the Saturday without request. Other than the Saturday night, the stay was excellent

We stayed three nights there and we absolutely recommend that hotel. Peaceful and comfortable. The service is exeptionally helpful and they trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We were allowed to check in before midday and the lady from reception(Ioanna) even printed out our boring passes for our fly for us.

Excellent hotel with comfy and quiet rooms, but no air conditioning so some rooms heat up in the summer. The breakfast is excellent but the meals from the restaurant are expensive and fairly small. Newly refurbished swimming pool is a must visit.

As a member of a German travel group, I spent three nights here. The spacious rooms, the extremely attentive staff and the excellent quality of the kitchen, there was really no reason to complain. And many offers, such as gym, pool or sauna, I could not try.

I stayed at the St Pierre Park Hotel, and was blown away by the standards of the place. The Management, the food, the facilities. The setting was beautiful. I was there from 14/10/2018-21/10/2018. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. 5 STARS.

I used to be member of the health club here and recently revisited with a friend who is a member. It is now awful. The locker rooms are totally inadequate for the volume of people using them. The jacuzzi is outdoors which is great in summer but not on a cold January night. The sauna and steam rooms are far too small and are both weird shapes.
Sadly I won't be rejoining.

Attended for a works Christmas dinner. Very nice, clean and tidy entrance. Attentive polite staff.
Bar was busy but we were served quickly.
Moved through to the dining area, food was served quickly, was delicious, only complaint was the portions were small.
Generally well attended by the staff during the night.
All in all a good night.

This place has the perfect ambience. The Staff are friendly and really professional. The hotel is a perfect combination of traditional and yet modern. The rooms, whilst a little dated in looks, are well appointed, maintained and clean. The bars and restaurants are well run, offer quality products and a reasonably priced for the level of hotel. Can't wait to go back

For a four star hotel the guest 'experience' is poor - I travel for a living and stay circa 140+ nights per year in hotels.

Arrived at noon and told the room couldn't be ready until standard check-in at 3pm, despite being the only 2 people waiting for rooms they were unable (or unprepared) to prioritize our specific rooms for cleaning (They did become available at around 2:30)

Breakfast is a disorganised mess and service is painfully slow. Tea and coffee have to be ordered individually, taking often 10 mins or more to arrive, buffet is below average. Food can be ordered from a table menu and is ok but not exceptional. Smoked Haddock and poached eggs arrived with water flooded on the plate!

Feeble attempt at 4 star style table service when volume of guests at peak times totally overwhelms a group of young, un co-ordinated, over worked girls with no apparant management presence.

Bar more often than not is lifeless with few if any guests and no atmosphere, dining in? don't bother... I had a burger and honestly a Burger King is better quality, better cooked, better value food.

Not (realistic) walking distance from town

Sadly I've stayed in better Holiday Inn Express!

Finally on a plus side the refurbished rooms are excellent (not all rooms are refurbished), the beds very comfy and the staff generally very polite and friendly, hotel grounds are beautiful.
