Just like all other reviews read, they are a complete scam and have zero customer service. Avoid using them in any regard at all costs.

NWM is one of the most honest company's I've ever dealt with in 35 years in business. It sounds to me like former employees have too much time on their hands. Never getting your final paycheck is not even credible to anybody. Nice reps honest company .......DROP THE MIC !! How is it that a company that is so bad has an A+ rating with the BBB wake up dry your eyes and move on ,I love these guys.

Worst things to possibly happen.. umm lets think getting burnt to death somehow by your own hands... skydiving blind.. 5 mid life crisis episodes... or meeting the un named incubus as u enter the kings lair. As my American right to free speech I suggest trying the first few options but that's my opinion everything has its place. But positive note walk ins welcome enjoy the festivities everyone. I had a good run for 4 years abruptly cut short but that's another story n another time #neverfeltsohonest live laugh love people it's played out but you will forget it in some establishments trust me

I have tried getting a hold of New World Marketing and both of their phone numbers are disconnected and there is no way I can speak to an individual. Since, that is the case, I will not pay for services that are not real, they can not prove they are real, either. If I could give them a 0, I would.

Paid for an ad that was supposed to be in support of our troops for July Fourth weekend. NOTHING aired and when I called I was promised a refund and now I am being jerked around. They even had a young man calling me saying he was from the local station and I knew better. So the only thing I have to say is keep your money in your pocket they pay BBB look at all the complaints!

After many attempts of trying to reach these people, I find out they are out of business. The office they leased at 636 River Rd is empty and their internet station 100WLCR, is off the air. Been nice had they told their clients that.

Asked multiple times to cancel my order and issue a refund. Cancelling was no problem, but getting a refund was impossible. Wouldn't return calls and told me several times that refund was approved and taken care of, when it wasn't. Had to file a dispute with my bank after 2 weeks of asking for a refund and never receiving one. Will NEVER do business with again. Buyer beware.

NWM is engaged in an unethical scam. They INVOICE you for a radio spot you did not agree to. They even go so far as to point out that if they have to institute legal action to collect, YOU will pay all fees! They bombarded me with cold calls, ignored my request to be removed from their call list. It got to the point that I refused to answer when I saw their name on caller ID, yet despite never answering, they billed be me for a radio ad that I never, EVER agreed to. Why hasn't the Atty General in Chicago shut this place down yet?

Timothy Monty is a huge a liar that sells the dream. Don t work for him he s a hard man to respect. I left the company and he tried to not pay me

Low down racist ass people who have no respect for anyone's time. One day of training I'm sure that's mf enough for any normal person. DONT WORK HERE, they waste your time like mama always says anything that comes easy is not worth having. And it's TOO easy for them to offer you a position, and then letting you go because it's "performanced base". Poor training for what your actually set up for on the phones. They have a discrimination suite coming their way from me, step father is a lawyer and this will be handled immediately. Stay away from these crooks

Cold calls, maybe that's your thing but not for me.

Slick speaking cold call trying to sell radio time, cancelled everything after reading these reviews and seeing the 2 negative reviews and 25 complaints filed at the BBB. They only have a C+ rating, which is pretty bad. They rely on your impulse decision to purchase before you have the chance to fully inspect the company. The first red flag was the sales person who called and lead off the conversation with "no contracts to sign, just verbal permission to get started.."

I was "cold called" by Frank from New World Marketing. I was very intrigued by what he had to offer because it was a new and different approach, that I'd never heard of before. It was an opportunity to join an Anti-Bullying radio broadcast campaign and sponsor an important safety message. The message would broadcast through a popular, local radio station in the Chicago land area. Because the station live streams, the audience is expanded to car radio and all devices with web access. I liked the different options I was offered and picked the number of spots and days that suited my modest budget. I ran one message for my business and another for my non profit foundation. Each positive message tagged my organization name, phone number and web site.

After placing the order with Frank, a separate verification by another individual was done to confirm everything. The creative people at New World Marketing tailored a beautifully scripted message with a narrators voice I could listen to day in and day out.

In the past I tried radio commercials to sell my small business service but didn't have the capacity or budget to run continuous sales ads. It wasn't a good fit. Now I have a new option thanks to New World Marketing. This makes sense for me because the name of my business is connected to something positive that has true meaning for all the listeners and I'm proud to be a sponsor. Everyone wins!

For my non profit foundation this is perfect because it is a new high impact approach. We need as much awareness as possible for donations yet have to preserve the cash to aid families in need during very trying times. This is difficult. We work very hard putting together fundraising events throughout the year. Social media and word of mouth is good but not enough. We needed that extra oomph to reach many new people and increase donations. The people I talked to at New World Marketing understand how much hard work is involved because they've done it themselves for family causes. They have made it their mission to establish contracts with local radio stations across the USA to broadcast positive and important safety messages. The place is not a scam , the people are great and working there is better than whats being said on other reviews. Almost all the bad reviews are either by competitors trying to blemish the company or by former employees let go for being unemployable...The company has a great opportunity to earn while doing some good out in this world! I can't say that for those people slamming this company on here. But haters will be haters , enough said!

LOVE what they are doing. All the 5 star reviews are from buinesses they deal with and the bad reviews are from former employees, just something I noticed and thought was funny.

They are crooks and liars. Claimed they sent my check and didn't. Another time they held my check for 2 weeks because i didn't show up for work due to legal troubles. They're excuse was they were waiting for me to come back. Don't get me started on their actual work that they do, it's a scam. If i could give them 0 stars i would. One of the worst jobs I've ever had

Be careful with some of the sales people, they will lie and cheat to get you to buy radio time

I had a sales representative cold call our business just a few moments ago. He asked for the owner like he was asking for an old friend. When I told him he would need to leave a message, as the owner does not keep office hours, he continued to ask for different people, without giving any information about himself or his business. When he did not like the repeated response that he would need to leave a message, he proclaimed, "Jesus Christ, I know that. You already said it five times". I know I have said it five times, politely, as he did not want to take the answer he was given. Very unprofessional on his part and what I would consider a borderline harassing phone call. At this point it doesn't matter what he was trying to pedal, we most certainly will not deal with a company that has representatives behaving in that manner.

After doing business with them twice, I never heard the ad campaign that I paid for other than the one they emailed me. After being out of the country I received a charge for an ad campaign that I never approved. I blocked their phone numbers because I did not want to do business with them. This month, I received another charge to my card. How can a reputable company do this to customers. There are other complaints on ripoff report. Not only have they lost my trust, but they have stolen from me by charging my card without my approval. No other person authorizes charges for my business other than me. Won't allow me to give them a zero star rating which is what they deserve.

Lying to a business and then trying to bully them into paying for an ad that doesn't have correct information even though it has been updated more than TWICE, then threatening to send me to collections for a cancellation fee I wasn't told about.... whoever uses this company WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DONATION FROM MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!!!

I worked at New World and what they do is create community campaigns for radio stations across the United States. They cold call businesses and are an inside sales company. In terms of working there it is a great time and fun work environment. It can be stressful at times but what job isn't. I worked there for a year and did well just wanted to go back to school.

I have been employed here going on 4 years. The company provides a great opportunity for motivated people to earn as much money as desired. Each year I have increased my income. Management is quite helpful with training and providing a quality product. Very fun and positive environment.

I own an automotive repair shop and did several radio ad campaigns with a local radio station. New World Marketing was who did the billing and ads. Every time I did an ad campaign I paid, by check, the three installments. Well, come to find out they used my account information from my checks to go ahead and EFT funds from my bank account multiple times over the course of a year without my permission to the tune of $903.90. I have contacted them several times about this and they even admitted wrong doing but couldn't explain why it happened. I have been told several times that a refund check will be issued but I have yet to receive anything. This has been going on for at least six months now. This company has illegally stolen money from my business and continually lies to me in the hopes that I'll go away. I highly advise anyone to NOT do business with this fraudulent company.

I feel very fortunate to have the chance to work for New World Marketing I have the ability to control my income with a Company that creates a positive work environment and provides me with all the tools needed to succeed The rest is up to me. !!

Do not trust this agency with your marketing needs. We received a call stating that they were calling from a local radio station and if we would like to have an ad on their station. They kept being persistent and kept calling and calling but nonetheless we were interested and said yes. We were told that the ad would play at a specific time and day but we were never told what day nor time. They called again and again to collect the first payment from us because they told us that they can't play the ad until first payment. We paid $94 as the first payment out of a total of $284. We keep receiving letters about payment and we have not heard the said ad. We were able to reach the radio station and they let us know that they are not affiliated with New World Marketing. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!
