I'm writing on behalf of my neighbor Keith Kraft as he doesn't have a smart phone. Today a representative from your company stopped to check with him about his windows that he had installed. He asked if he was satisfied with the windows and the men who installed them. Also asked if he has had any problems with them. He is very satisfied with everything. The representatives name was Kurt K. He was very nice and offered Keith some free gifts for his time. His visit was very pleasant. Nice guy.
