Bill Paget was our salesman he did a good job. He sold us lots of windows. Adam is the installer and is also doing an awesome job with his crew and are great people. Also the windows and they look great.

Euro tech (Nick and Nico) came out to replace 2 windows. Service department was very kind and responsive. Windows were ordered and Nick and Nico came and replaced the windows quickly. All staff was incredibly kind!

my 5 star review was a lie. I need a window replaced under warranty and the cost was $300 for installation. I was told I d get a 50% discount for leaving a positive review prior to the work. Never heard back from them after I left the review and I was told it would be a couple weeks. Shop elsewhere for your home needs. They won t back you up when needed.

Customer service is a joke. My husband and I have been trying to get someone to call us back and they do not. When I call I keep getting bounced around to three/four different people and then asked to leave a message. But noone ever calls back. We were supposed to have a patio door replaced because the seal was bad. When they showed up to install the new door they said it was scratched and needed to order a new one. That was 10 weeks ago we still have not heard back. We only found this out because we had to call them they did not call us. Now 10 weeks later we are still waiting and still have not heard back.

We are so pleased with the installation of our new bay window! After needing to reschedule Tuesday to inclement weather, we had a visit from Kurt that evening to see how things had gone. We explained about the delay and that we had rescheduled for Saturday.
Adam called Friday night to be sure that we were squared away for the next morning. I explained that no one would be there until 10:30 as we had to work.
When we arrived home, Adam and his team were there and had begun preparations for the installation. Adam made it a point to explain how things were being assembled and important information regarding the finishing of the trim.
They were quick and thorough and left NO MESS! None! Adam was very personable and respectful. Also, very proud of his team and their skills and experience. It was obvious that they had great mutual respect.
Kurt stopped in during the installation to check on the progress and to be sure that we were satisfied with the project. Also wanted to be sure that we followed up regarding the upcoming installation of our 2 doors. Again, the respect with which these gentlemen treated each other was very refreshing.
The installation was finished by 1:30 and Adam made it a point to give us his number and to assure us that we should call with any concerns or questions and if anything needed to be adjusted or attended to, he would come out promptly to see to it.
I know this is a lengthy review, but having dealt with so many shady or sub par contractors, I am thrilled with Euro-tech and their wonderful staff! I would recommend them to anyone interested in having work done on their home!

We had Euro Tech replace two bay windows and a costom window in our home. The installers were able to put our new windows in a few weeks earlier then the original install date. The men were fast and efficient. 2 months later one of the windows cracked due to unforeseen circumstances, when I called the office the costomer service was good. The company sent out a replacement window free of charge and the installation went smoothly. I would recommend this company to my family.

We've had our patio door for four years and we've been very happy with it. It keeps heat in during winter, and keeps the AC in summer. Also, the screen has held up, even with multiple kids running into it. We're looking into windows now, and Knucklehead Kevin has been awesome with showing us the product. I highly recommend this company.

Horrible rude staff including management team which did nothing to censor the staff member that was so extremely rude to me plan to never ever go back to that location and whoever owns it has a problem on his or her hands

Just had my new windows and front door installed. Thank you George for offering such great products. Both crews were awesome and they cleaned up after they were done. We trust Euro Tech they have high quality products and installations were above and beyond expectations. The in home sales person was knowledgeable. The first quote was high, but they come down if you sign that night. A little pressure as the sales person left and came back with a final price.

The process takes longer than quoted. Took about 2 weeks to get windows measured. I had called to follow up and was told it was already done. The next day someone called to schedule measurements.

The install team were professional, polite and efficient. They installed the windows well and cleaned up any mess.

The windows look great. Overall, I think I would buy from them again.

We used a different company for our first set of window replacements (old house from the 20's), and then came across these guys by accident and had a wonderful experience. Our first windows work, but the colors are wrong, the people never checked on their work afterwards, and it has been 4 years!
Euro-Tech did the a set of windows a little over a year ago and has checked back by phone, and now in person!
Our guy Kurt, is pretty awesome! I fully recommend their services.

Paid twice as much as my brother in law thinking I was getting a better roof from a better roofer. High pressure sale. Salesman lied. Then the roofers were mediocre. I looked up the roofing and it turns out my brother in law got a better roof than I did for HALF what I paid.

The installers were on time with the material. They were very careful at handling the windows. The installation of the is perfect, no leaking water and easy to use. They also make the home look better. I highly recommend Euro Tech to any homeowner looking to improve their home.

Adam was my salesman and Kurt is the project supervisor. They worked with me on my schedule and assisted me throughout the process. They are very knowledgeable of any options you may have available even if not with them. My home is 90 years old. I had a door, two storm doors, and 26 windows replaced. The doors are gorgeous and so are the windows so far. We are about half way through the completion of the windows. There is already an incredible difference in the lack of drafts, even in unfinished windows. I look forward to possible future business with this company for other projects not yet done.

Kurt has professionally explain every questions you have and the roofing was perfect. Dont call any "Storm Chasers" the guy named Enrique.do our roof..we did before and 2 years after all the shingles are coming off and the plywood are already curving.. if your trying to change your roofing leave it to the professionals like Euro Tech Inc.. and Adam is the salesman we talked too.. hes the best.. thanks euro-tech for our beautiful roof..

This company sales man Matt Murray he just want to sales you everything.
I ask for install garcage roof & the door that's I need. He came by start to tell me my house roof have damage need to change the new roof, when I ask my friend *he is contractor* he tell me my house roof still can last up to 5 year.
This is my 1st house I no experience with the house roof, I am very disappointed with this sales man not honest with what he do,he just want the money.
I call Matt to hold my house roof,& he say check with his boss after 1 months he get back to me. After sales not service this company doing business.

Great window and door products. Any issues are readily taken care of by their management staff. Also had a good experience with the roof replacement i had done by them. I will continue to use them in the future without reservation.

The installers (Martins crew) were meticulous. The owner Tony was hands on. Also the sliding door with the blinds inside is great quality and more cost efficient than the other places we looked. Kurt followed up with the warranty info and even came by a week later to make sure we were happy.

I have used Euro-Tech on a number of occasions. Most recently they installed a new from door with side glass. It looks awesome and the install was perfect. The guys were in and out in a couple hours and the job came in just below my budget.

We had our windows replaced in 2012. The gentleman whom came out to give us a quote was very nice and friendly and the demonstration was not too long. Once a date was picked, they came out and our windows was installed in less time that was quoted. Everyone was pleasant and very mindful of our house and animals. Was even impressed with the clean up too. To this date, we still get a call every now and then to make sure we are happy and everything is ok. Customer service is top notch.

My family in countryside used Eurotech for full roofing and windows. Eurotech improperly did the roofing and we have had to call several times because not even a week after the work was done a storm came through the roof. They sent someone out after A YEAR and now they are putting my family aside to respond at a time they see convenient.

I recently had a complete roof project performed by this company. The first of it consisted of my roof being completely torn off and replaced with new. The second half will consist of installing facias, soffits and gutters. The management team of Jennifer and George were definitely on top of each aspect of my project and kept me informed of their processes along the way. Jen and I had almost daily contact as I was working out-of-town and it was crucial that I knew what was happening. George who is very knowledgeable of the operation was on top of the company's finance even if there things undetected initially, he reported them immediately.
Once the installers arrived at my home they were professional, and fast completing the roofing portion., not to mention informative of what they were doing.The clean up was great no debris was left behind. Need-less-to-say I was happy with the first half and my expectation of the second part will be met the same way.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company based on my experienced with them.

I had new windows installed in May. They were here when promised and did a great job. In and out with full clean up in a day and a half. Kurt just stopped by to see if we were happy and promptly took care of a couple of small issues and now I am getting an estimate for new doors! Very happy we went with Eurotech.

We had great service and wonderful products on all our windows in our house in 2003 and workers were awesome and never had any problems! The workers who put our awesome sliding doors in were great polish hard working men! Windows and door saving us a lot of money on utilities! This company is relentless with their harassment for my business. A gentleman came to our door trying to sell us windows and we told him that eventually we were going to replace our windows but not at this time. He continued to hound us for an estimate and we firmly told him NOT AT THIS TIME. Finally, my wife regrettably gave her phone number to get him to leave and thinking they would call once or twice. For the next THREE weeks they called at least four times a day starting at 8:00 am. They left several messages and we returned none of them, yet the calls kept coming. Finally my wife answered a call and told them to take us off their list and stop harassing us. They mentioned that she gave them her phone number, and as she was responding to why the woman hung up on her. Incredibly unprofessional and a sure fire way NOT to get anyone s business. Buyer beware, they are aggressive and ruthless.

Dan and Kurt were super friendly and helpful. Overall a very positive experience I would recommend to others.

I can't speak to the quality of their services/products, but my experience with their sales staff was very poor. The solicitor was very unprofessional, but I didn't want a confrontation on my doorstep so I scheduled an appointment. As soon as he left, I called Euro Tech and cancelled the appointment. I then received 9 calls from Euro Tech in 2 days without voicemail. I ended up having to block the number.

Let me start by saying that this company is not in my local phone book. One of their people knocked on my door one day and asked if they could schedule me for a free estimate for my house and garage roof. I accepted and the estimate person came a few days later. Instead of showing up with a truck and ladder, he showed up in a car with luggage full of presentation materials. The person spent 2 hours giving a presentation on how their materials, and work crew are supposedly superior to what any other roofer could get you. Instead of the "salesman" measuring my roof, he pulled out his smartphone and looked at a Google Earth picture of my house and said he could tell that i needed 16 squares of roofing. After the 2 hour presentation he told me the price would be about $17,000 but right now there is a discount that would knock it down to $10,900 but he would need an answer today or else the price would go up to the normal rate. That sounded extreme to me, but he had financing ready through a bank for about $125 a month for 10 years. And said the shingle roof came with a full 30 year warranty for parts and labor. The guy had charisma and pressured and convinced me it was a good deal and he told me i had a 3 day, no questions asked cancellation period. So i figured i would lock in the supposed discount rate, and spend the next three days thinking about it, and maybe get another estimate in the meantime. Next i called the biggest roofing company in my phone book which was Boss roofing. Boss showed up with a truck and ladder. Boss physically measured my house and even climbed on my roof to check the condition of my back roof. In less than 15 minutes of checking my roof Boss handed me an estimate of $4,500 for both house and garage in shingles. Boss handed me a folder that showed the quality materials they use and told me to call them if i make a decision. The experience with BOSS was so much easier than what EUROTech put me through and the price difference was huge! I called Eurotech and told them it has been less than 3 days and i wanted to cancel. They told me they couldn't cancel without their regional manager coming to my house to have me sign a cancellation letter. They told me it would take 5 minutes. It ended up lasting almost 90 minutes. In the end before the guy walked out the door the Eurotech guy asked if i would agree to $6,000 for my roof if his manager agreed! It was a last ditch effort that he claimed he would loose money on, but he was willing to do. But what it really showed me was how much they were trying to rip me off. I would highly recommend people stay away from Eurotech.

Eurotech installed new sliding glass patio doors 2 years ago and we love them. They look great and we have received many compliments on them. The techs who installed them were skilled and professional. We feel more secure in our home with our new triple locked doors, and no more frost in our doors!

I had scheduled an appointment for 08/03/2018 and had also gotten confirmed. About an hour later got a phone call stating they had overbooked and that they would call me to reschedule my appointment. Here I am a week later and still no phone call. I am very disappointed with their professionalism as well as their consideration for other peoples time. Received quote and signed contract - no call as of yet to schedule appointment. Applied for financing and received a credit card in the mail - wtf? If you ask me, it's a scam, and I am reporting them to BBB and the authorities.

Roof materials were delivered on time. Work crew showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner despite the rain. Kresta in the office was great to work with and Dan K came out the next day to check on everything. I would consider Euro-Tech the next time we decide to have a project done. Just need to sit out and admire the new roof now.

The short answer is it took almost
a full year to get the windows that I ordered. This only got remedied after calling them monthly. While they were willing to help get everything sorted, their system of tracking orders or, in this case, a complaint really needs improvement as well as their installation teams. So, take anything this company says with a grain of salt and be prepared to be surprised and not in a good way.
The longer answer is that I ordered new windows for my one story house, 7 rooms (~10 windows) for the spring of 2016. I was introduced to the company by a door-to-door spokesmen and a sales rep came at a scheduled time. It fit since I was considering to getting more energy efficient windows for a while.
The initial purchase setup was slightly stressful but the rep was more than willing to spend time and show what I was ordering. After the fact, I felt slightly pressured into the purchase.
But, eventually, the installation day came (within the ~8 weeks they estimated). This wasn't a terribly satisfying process either. The team that actually performed the installation may have actually been a secondary company. While this isn't a big issue, they gave little to no communication during the installation. I really would have liked to know beforehand what the installation process entailed so I would have known what to expect. I just got a noisy installation.
Instead, I looked in every so often to see what they were doing. During this, I found that I wasn't getting exactly what I understood I was going to get when I made the purchase. But, it's hard to complain about some of these issues because the receipt that we received for the purchase was hand written and only contained the bare minimum of details.
Anyway, I understood that each of the windows would get new trim (only 2 sets of windows got that because they had to make a new foundation). The rep specifically stated that the installers were going to check the size of the windows 2 times before the install date (they only showed up once before the install and then they immediately got to work). The rep also said that they inspect the installers vehicle before they leave to ensure they have everything they need to complete the install or stop at "Home Depot"before hand (the installers did have to stop at one point because they needed some parts and had to stop at Home Depot).
The most obvious issue, though, was that we actually got an incorrect window. It was supposed to be vertical sliding but the one that was installed was horizontally sliding. It was the correct dimensions just the wrong mechanism. Hard to believe that they missed this during their "inspections". I point this out to the installation team and they said they would alert the company and get the correct one installed. I wanted to pay the remainder of the purchase as stated in the install contract but I probably would have gotten this issue resolved more quickly if I only gave them a partial payment for the just correct windows, like the install team suggested.
I didn't hear anything after this for about a month. I had to call Euro-Tech to voice the issue and they sounded like this was the first they heard of the problem. They had issues with this much as well because it seemed like my purchase was only on paper and this seemed to have gotten lost on someone's desk. But, they stated that they would find the paperwork, make the request for the new window, and call me back.
A month of silence again. They have a few more details this time but I get a similar runaround where they'll get everything sorted and get back to me. This continues each time I try and contact them. I did get some calls from them here and there but ALL of these were sales call.
The window was eventually replaced but even the windows don't seem to be as high quality as I was led to believe. The sales rep had a nice demo to suggest energy efficiency and suggested that the heating bills would be lower. No obvious changes. In fact, one month was actually higher than last year.
Moral of the story, be wary with this company.

We recently had windows installed by Euro-tech. The sales rep, Ryan Lawrence, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of the windows is fantastic and we did our research before picking a company to do the work. We liked the quality of work and the team so much that we decided to purchase siding as well. The crew did an amazing job with installation and clean up. They were extremely friendly and very hard working. Great group of guys! We have referred them to friends who have now placed an order too. Adam was absolutely amazing from the time he arrived until the installation was completed he just felt like someone we could trust to do the work as if he were working on his own home. He took time to explain why they use certain methods of installation in order to prevent weather related damage and to promote water run off. The crew installed our windows efficiently and were extremely happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Euro-tech services for affordable quality results.
