My taxes were done incorrectly. When I found the errors, no one even had the nerve to return my call. I must admit I felt bad for the receptionist, she was assuming Mark was calling me back. When I finally spoke to him. He was rude and totally unprofessional. And who doen't e-file returns!
Honestly the best accountant I've ever used. Introduced via a friend, Mark is always prompt with his replies, great on the taxes end of things, and has saved me many, many multiples of his fees each year. He's honest and trustworthy... highly recommend his office.
Tax time is never fun but Mark Terdle and his team are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Excellent service. Work is always done timely.
Very very unprofessional sent my taxes by mail without my consent when I told him to e-file them did not send me my taxes with my other family members he forgot to print them out I still have not received my tax return and it's been over 6 weeks terrible service will never use them again when I asked about why he did not e file he was very rude and nasty. Unbelievable.
I dont like his opinion of restaurants. He might be a really good accountant, but I wouldnt know. People are trying to start and run a business, just like he is. I only gave one star because he cried about a restaurant that was brand new. I enjoyed the restaurant!
Terdle and CO. has been doing my business and personal taxes for several years now. Frankly, he has saved me a lot of money that prior CPAs were letting me pay unnecessarily in taxes. I have found Mark to be very responsive to questions year round. He is a great accountant, and to be honest, I don't care if he likes a restaurant or not - I pay him for his tax expertise!
Being a new owner of a business I was not happy with my previous accountant. He would never answer questions and didn t seem like he was trusted to really help me out. My experience with these guys was total opposite. I couldn t be happier with how well they responded to all of my questions and concerns. Will be using in the future for sure!!
