Great service from start to finish. Ryan, Tony, and Kurt are great guys, very knowledgeable and friendly!

Had a nice follow up today from a rep checking that everything is still going okay on the roof. It's been 8 years and it is still in great shape. I remember being amazed how many guys came out to do the job and they got it done in one day. I didn't think it was possible since it is pretty big, but they did and it still looks perfect. Going to have them give me a quote on a new entry door now.

Problem has been resolved Sept Update. Eurotech came out again today they were 2 hours late AND they had the wrong size glass. Again! They need a no star rating. As we are getting close to our one year anniversary of poor customer service with them. IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS POST I am sorry your employees lied to you. Your salesman stated it WAS a Eurotech installed window and they would wave reinstallation fee if I purchased your 3000$ roof insulation. And I fell for it My error. It is now September. We have contacted you 3 times. Window is still broken I no longer trust you will fix window correctly. Calling lawyer and new window contractor on Tuesday.!!!!! Still waiting for them to come back and finish the job they started in January. Guy broke window trying to remove then realized he had wrong size replacement.it is now the middle of June I spent winter with broken window. sales rep called last month trying to sell me something else....how hard am I laughing. I I'll be filing complaint with BBB.

We have been struggling to complete a service request with Eurotech for almost a year. The number of errors has been amazing. At no point during this trial have I felt confident in the service provided. One year for one window?! The last visit (yesterday) resulted in getting the last piece taken care of but the installer cut himself and left the blood behind on the window. Every time this company comes to my home a problem is the result. Hopefully when the company returns to clean up the mess this will be the end of it. I would prefer to give zero stars for this company but that is not an option.

These guys are super awesome. They've done our whole house and everything is amazing.

Our home is 35 years old and in need of some updating outside. However our home has out of the ordinary colors and design. We wanted to stay with the original colors and design but make it fresh and weather tight. The people at Euro-Tech responded to the challenge even though this posed many twists and turns on their part. We could not be happier with all the efforts of the salesperson Cheri and especially the territory manager Ryan Lawrence...we are sure that we made them crazy. Once again a big THANK YOU to all at Euro-Tech that were involved with this project.

I was nervous about having contractors come to my home as I hear so many bad contractor stories. When the install team came they were competent, clean and courteous. I'm pleased with the windows and installation. It was a postive epirience and I would use them again. - Colin W.

I had windows put in 6 months ago. The noise from the road decreased considerably... kurt k stopped by from qualify control to make sure I was still happy.

I bought my house 2 years ago, the pervious owners bought windows from euro tech, we love them , kurt from quality control has stopped by 2 times to check up on us.

*Update* Nearly 9 months after the roof was installed we are experiencing leaks. It took two days to get a hold of someone from the service department after they referred us to numbers or departments that don't answer and no one to return our call, only when we finally did reach someone we still have to wait a few more days before they can refer someone to call us back about it. Pending.

*Original* We had our roof recently replaced. They got it done quicker than expected, even after a delay from the rain that morning. The next day Kurt from quality stopped by, bearings gifts, and to check out the completed work was to their and my expectations. This is the 2nd project I had done with them.

Wasted my time setting an appointment, confirming appointment, emailing confirmation and then never showing up or even calling. Company that does this isnt worth dealing with and if they cant get the basics down, how well do you expect them to do the work

salesman refused to take no for a answer and thought they were giving me a deal for 7 windows when they wanted 13000$

I am very pleased with my new windows and the service I have received. Adam and his crew were very professional and cleaned up nicely after work was complete. Adam was very friendly and showed me how to work the windows and all the extra features. He is a great asset to the company. I plan on using Euro-Tech when I replace the rest of my windows.

The Shingles replacement crew was fantastic for our massive French Colonial Mansard roof house in Janesville Wisconsin. After the first hour I knew my best plan was to stay out of their way and watch them do great work. Bad shingles were still coming off when new shingles were going on so the underlayment was not exposed to elements for more than an hour or so.

The Gutters, Soffits, and Fascia Crew--Adam, Petre, and Tony were OUTSTANDING! I have never seen this level of attention to detail and concern for getting it done right the first time.

The challenge to our project was the style--Mansard Architecture-- but also the fact that this was essentially a FULL REPLACEMENT of faulty previous work done on the cheap.

Thanks to the professional crews of Euro-Tech, my frustration with my house is over.

Euro-Tech management did a good job scoping project and adapted and overcame with post-award negotiations to get the end result we needed. thanks to Jen and Euro-Tech Leadership for understanding our need was greater than the cost of the project.

They go door to door and take advantage of people to try to get money. Came to our door claiming to check condition of windows because of warranty. Around a week later they called saying they were late to deliver a window. Since we didn t order a window we later found out they claimed someone ordered the window. It was a large amount of money and a rude women would call us back demanding we pay for it. They claimed they didnt have the receipt handy because theres alot of paperwork to go through to find it. The name they claimed ordered it wasnt even correct so thats where they went wrong whoever ordered it doesnt exist. Our windows they did before we bought the house are not perfect. One window was not leveled correctly so when they close they have to be adjusted the right way to lock. The same window has a draft and retains moisture. Do not let these people into your house for your windows I m sure if they look fine now you will see the bad work in a few years. From other reviewers, do not let them sell you at the door because they will take your name and number harrass you.

In response to the owner... I have no idea what you are talking about so why did you come up with an answer to my complaint that has nothing to do with me? Roseanna Rubio? I dont know who that is and that situation is not related to the situation we were exposed to with your company. Your door to door people tried to take advantage of a person in the home and harassed us to pay something that was never ordered or signed on. Without a signature there is no contract or order and you said you couldn t find the receipt to prove it. So who on your side forged a signature or made a false order and why were getting phone calls to pay for that? All we did was let you inspect the windows and the rest was a surprise to us. So never again should anyone let you in their home. We were the victims of your bad practices and that is fraud and you should be happy we didn t go to the Better Business Bureau.

Euro-Tech did a great job from the sales presentation to the installation of our sliding glass patio door. Finally, a company who said what they were going to do ....and did it. I will go back to them when I am ready to replace my windows. Nice job!

Eurotech has been awesome at servicing what they sell. They check in periodically to see if we need anything else and always check out the windows to see if any need repaired. Today they were installing windows at a neighbor I referred them to and stopped over to check in.

Awesome company that does construction to accommodate the windows you want! Great company, installers did grade a work.

Service tech was very courteous and friendly. Repair was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with Eurotech.

This company will not stop calling me. All hours, several times a day, please stop immediately.

I ordered the roof a coupe of of months back, and told them I was not in a hurry. Then I found that I had a leak, and called to see when they would be able to get to me. They arranged to be here a couple of days later, and completed the job in one day. When I arrived home, Kurt from Quality Control was waiting to see if I was satisfied with the job. I had met him a couple of years ago when I had now windows installed, and have been very well pleased with the work.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They will only waste your time, i'm in the roofing industry in sales and they are way overpriced for something that available at any roofing supply house. i originally asked for an estimate on my siding for my house and garage (very small home 1,200sqft) i did not expect someone showing up with a presentation and basically wasting 3.5 hours of my time. he kept saying "no one else has this product" however, i had already received a price from Feldco and they did the same presentation with the same materials......Anyway. after the grueling 3.5 hours he gave me a $37,000 estimate for my 1,200 sq ft home, them he went on about financing and how i can refinance my home to pay for the work.... i said NO, on his last attempt he said "well we have a promotion going on" and knocked $10,000 off the price..
Felco gave me an estimate for $17,000... just do the math people how can a company knock off $10,000 and still be in business???? this is such a scam. after all this they kept calling me saying the supervisor wanted to speak to me, saying the salesman gave me a price way too high, after i told them i was not interested they kept calling me for days....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCREW YOU ON SOMETHING THAT IS READILY AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. Felco has the same products and lower prices.

We have had our roof trusses repaired, entire new roof, windows, gutters, soffets and attic installation. We trust Euro-Tech, they have high quality products and are very professional. Kurt K does a great job in making sure we are satisfied. And Jen in the office has been helpful to us numerous times. Great Company. Their service is worth every penny! We highly recommend them.

When I origanally called, the operator sounded confused on when i could receive a quote. She kept going back and forth with the times and date before a supervisor had to be put on the phone. After all that, an appointment was set for Tuesday at 10 am. I woke up Tuesdays and had missed calls. I called back and the operators said that she wanted to schedule a time and day to send someone out for a quote. After I told her a tech should have already been here, she asked if we could reschedule for the next day and I said yes. The next day I woke up again to missed calls. The operator said they didnt have anyone in my area to come out today and wanted to reschedule. Again, I told them I was waiting on a tech. This time she said that they didnt have anyone in my area and that they would remove me from the list. Long story short. They are unreliable, they dont keep their word, and they are a time waster. Call someone else!

Worked was great! Fast all done in one day. Dan came back to check work. Great customer service

The salesman were friendly and knowledable. The installers were also efficient and freindly. Got all 5 windows done in a day. Kurt followed up a couple days later to make sure we were happy.

Some yo-yo from some trucking company rings my doorbell at 715am on Saturday morning to drop off material for a job on Monday, no call from eurotech or the trucking company informing us of this, so far ....unprofessional!!

Had windows installed in September been having problems getting a hold of the people to replace the windows that need to be replaced. Try to call the company at their 800 number and got a person that was that third private line call the phone number on our receipt that also had a private phone number not sure what's going on but I am very unhappy with this company and I even recommended them to my mom. I am so upset I'm going to have to tell my mom to cancel that order she was going to pay over $14,000 for what bad service can't get a hold of anyone left voicemails just a bad bad company

I had two fairly large windows installed in 2003 and have had no problems at all. They are easy to open and easy to clean. Love them!

Eurotech did a great job on our roof. Pierre came to our house to give a detail presentation, he was professional and honest also polite. Jan who we communicated with was also very nice and polite to talk with. I recommend euro-tech to my cousin zetta about her roof needing repaired.

Worst experience ever. They hired a garbage roofing company who caused damage to our house and neighbor's house as well. They are not good at communicating with people who are having problems either. It just doesnt seem like they care about you after you pay.

My husband and I were most impressed with how quickly everything got done. We had 9 windows, a patio door and a Bay window, all installed in one day. After getting scammed by another roofing company a few years ago, my husband and I were very hesitant to trust anyone else. I probably was not the easiest person to deal with because of this but Stefany and Krista were very accommodating and made me comfortable with our decision. The guys that did the job were professional also.

I had purchased doors and windows from them. They seller told me they would always come and fix any issues for free. which the havent really fix and plus they want to charge a service fee. My screen door from sliding door was replaced and 2 weeks later broke again because was coming off railing called them and they said i have to pay service free again for them to come check out. I purchased a side entry door which is expanding every time weather changes. They told me is was a frame issue, make me take all the drywall down to find out the frame is in perfect condition and the door still getting expanded, i got the same answer.. they said in order for them to come i will to pay a service fee. They are Very expensive and the only reason i purchased was for the life warranty seller claim to offer which is not true!!!

I have my gargace roof & house roof done, they come in friday work at my Garage roof halfway done in the morning, they tell my husband they will back tomorrow to countinue the work. we leave the house all day long until midnight came home. we prepare Saturday morning they come, we left our house early.
End up they did'nt come & did'nt say anything to us.
Sunday 8am they came start doing the work on my house roof all my family still sleep at second floor & Sunday is my only day off. I go out to tell them stop it.
I ask why didn't come yesterday, the answer is my neighbor tell them don't come in Saturday because they have party. Hello who pay to you guy? Go ask my neighbor pay you because you listen to them. The company call me, is they stop the work now, they coming back to work will CHARGE me $200.
This company all is money & didn't have any human sense. They dunno who pay them $20,000.00.

So I really didn't want to write this but they have now blown me off with 2 different appointments. The first one was because they didnt have any one in our area but they called and communicated. Second time they called a few months later and I agreed to have someone come out and quote our windows, they called to confirm the appointment yesterday. The appointment was supposed to be at 7:30 tonight and it is now 8. I have not received a call or any information as to why no one showed up or anything! I have been blown off and I don't do well with that when I have a busy family life and had things I could have done tonight. If you say you will have someone there then they better be there. I wouldn't be so upset if they would have called me to tell me that they couldn't do it, but no call no show! I will be calling the office to make sure my information is put on a do not call list!

Update: next day still haven't heard from them! Please do not contact me again! I'm not waisting any more time!!

The guys installed the windows a couple weeks ago the windows are great quality and easy to use, Curtis from quality control came to check the windows and to see how they were which was great as well, he made sure we were taken care of.

We are very pleased with our decision to have Euro-Tech replace our windows. From the sales team to the installers and a recent follow up visit from their rep, Kurt, the process was very positive. The installers did a great job and even noticed minor cosmetic defects on two of the windows, which were replaced free of charge.

Installers (Anthony Jr. & Jerry) were on time - super professional and quick. Have done business twice before for windows and will come back a third time for doors in the future. Both times window finished product looked amazing.

Heartbroken! Beyond disappointed and sadly nothing can be done to rectify the situation. I want my old window and $3600 back! From start to finish this whole process has been a nightmare. The 3 hour sales pitch gleemed of promises like 100% satisfaction and lifetime warranties. I do not recall one time our salesman saying anything about not having a finished product after installation. (Yes, I know now that it's in the small print). I also know for a fact that our salesman said nothing about the actual windows being much smaller than our old window. The Vice President I spoke to today said vinal windows have more trim. Didn't make me feel better. I also wasn't told that the windows would still get condensation on them. The Vice President told me I need a fan and to check the humidity in my house. Plus they use these grey plastic tabs (not even brown to match the window).....it looks so cheap! The installer had to come out a second time to fix the poor job he did in the first place. Rough edges, screens didn't fit, calk on the siding, sawdust everywhere, holes where nails were (maybe that's part of the finishing work we are required to do). I keep hearing they're the best windows out there! Well for $3640 they should be. They are NOT! PLEASE go somewhere else! I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I signed the dotted line. I felt pressured and honestly I was sold. I believed everything they told me. Lies! We were scammed. Taken for ride! I had a choice to take my family of seven on vacation or get a window.... so sad that I chose this window. I can't get my money back. What's done is done. Euro-Tech took $100 of my total bill and gave me a can of stain. Thanks I guess!

Edit: In response to Fred's comments I am posting the second round of pictutes after the installer was out a second time! First 9 photos are from the initial install. The last nine were taken last night (4/17) and this morning (4/18).

This company installed 5 windows in our second floor bedroom. They are beautiful, the work was well done, and the color matched the siding perfectly. No problems at all.

Installers came on time. Covered all my furniture with plastic. Super clean friendly. From beginning to end high quality customer service

We had a 30 year old Patio door and ordered a patio door from Eurotech Inc, all from thebeginning everything went very smooth. Teh came out to take the measurements on time, and door is installed at the promised time. Door quality is unbeleiveble compared to those at local hardware stores. Installers even took the extra steps to remove all rotten wood pieces arond the door that was not part of the job and replaced them. To my amazement they had every single item they needed in thier truck. I have other work done by other companies in the past and they made 3-4 trips to the local hardware store. After the installation is done they sent another person to check the quality of the installation. If there was 7 starts they would get all 7. Looking forward to getting all the windows replaced by them pretty soon. A BIT THANK YOU TO ALL THE OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES OF EUROTECH. KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB.

Euro Tech has been great from sales, to installations and follow up. We have new windows, a new front entry door and new storm door and we are very pleased with everything. I would definately recommend them.
