Our wedding planning was smooth with Anna. She and the entire team were wonderful to work with.
Loved the large rooms and reception area. I like that they offer a complimentary breakfast n offered a large selection. In the evening they offered 2 free drinks which was nice and had lil finger foods.
Currently a mess from the remodel but will be very nice when finished. The staff was very friendly and the MTO omelettes were amazing.
The location is literally right across the street from Crabtree Valley Mall. The rooms were just beautiful and the service was great!! My family and I had a blast.
Great stay. I always stay here when in Raleigh. Service and staff are great, love the breakfast.
The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, great selections for breakfast.
Great hotel accommodation...
Excellent breakfast!!
We came just to change up the scenery from home and to let our twin boys swim. I love that the hotel gives each family an hour in the pool. Very clean as expected. Staff were extremely friendly.
Everything was superb down to the African American gentleman Bartender that took care of my sister's and I on 6/27/19 that evening. Everything was great. I do have one suggestion though. On the breakfast bar, everyone doesn't eat pork, I don't, and its frustrating not having a meat to put in my omelet or just turkey product to go along with the other breakfast food. That would be my only complaint
I went to the Embassy Suites for a work event. They had a very clean conference room set up with any beverage that we could want. Lunch was served buffet style with healthy and delicious options (soup, salad, grilled chicken and salmon). Overall I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend hosting a professional event there.
My family and I had a misfortune staying at your hotel from Wednesday, November 25th until Sunday, November 29th. During our stay, we encountered a numerous amount of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about it.
First, when we arrive we went upstairs to our room on the 7th floor after driving in an enormous amount of traffic from Washington, DC. I went to the bathroom and seen hair on the floor and in the toilet. The hotel room smelled like smoke and mildew. We went back downstairs and Ms. Brittany assisted to help us to another room (428).
I work in property management and we also do the Sanctuary seal on the door to let our residents know that we sanitize and disinfect the entire apartment during this pandemic. This is a serious matter because I m down here visiting my parents who are elderly and the hotel that I m staying in are false advertising the sanctuary seal to ensure there guests that the room has been properly cleaned. I would hate to get back home after having a negative test to receive news that I have COVID-19 from the guest before me. This is very upsetting.
Third, last night at 12:34 AM I called the concierge desk and spoke to the front desk supervisor that said he would send security upstairs and no one came upstairs to let the guest know that it was quiet hours. I have two videos from yesterday and this morning. I was up from 12:34 AM until 5 AM from the loud noise of the other guest. I just really feel like Embassy Suites don t care about anything when it comes to there guests. My family and I came down here for a great holiday weekend and I didn t receive this staying at Embassy Suites. I will never come back to this hotel again.
After having the worst experience I called the General Manager because I didn t hear back from them after writing this email. The General Manager told me if you didn t like your experience you and your family should ve checked out. I have now called the cooperate office and waiting to receive information for the ownership of this hotel.
If you are in RTP / Raleigh area.. I will suggest staying in Cary location as they offer better services... This location doesn't have much variety in breakfast and then for evening reception they give a card so that one can get only 2 drinks...This is my second trip to RTP and last time I stayed at Cary location. So thought of trying some other location.... I din't like them restricting guests during evening reception...
The rooms are good and better decorated than Cary location ... but overall it is your call what you want ...I travel for work so prefer better happy hour than decor in room ....
Friendly staff and clean room. Didn't stay long enough to find out other info.
Excellent food and staff, the restaurant is a bit pricey..... the rooms are lovely.... great hotel
Very nice hotel. They are renovating the rooms but even the older rooms are nice and well kept. I would stay again and recommend to others.
i will FOREVER STAY HERE! i love this place the best hotel experience i ever had. Everytime i go home im staying here thanks staff!
Awesome location , great amenities, great breakfast included, awesome beds
Was sent here when our travel site couldn't get us a room where we wanted to book. Currently, there are massive renovations in the atrium. No permanent restaurant, no hot tub, no TV in the gym, no business center. Rooms were fine, although what looked like a recently renovated room had paint chipping off the bath tub. I can't envision a scenario where I would re-book there.
Oh, and they shut the water off at 10am for 8 hours. Didn't say a word about it at check in. You'd be wise to look elsewhere until they're done. And then maybe still look elsewhere.
Location was convenient, but construction made navigating the hotel a little difficult. Breakfast staff were very courteous, but front desk made several mistakes in our reservation, including forgetting out crib and extra linens for the children. When apprised of the situation, housekeeping fixed it inside an hour, but it was annoying having to do that again.
Room itself showed why they're doing construction, as most fixtures were very worn and are in desperate need of replacement.
Very comfy beds, clean, and an excellent breakfast.
I loved the stay. Great clean rooms and friendly associates.
I had a fantastic stay. Everything was clean and comfortable! The stay was friendly!
The rooms were beautiful and everyone was very nice.
I was there for an event, and the setting was perfect! Great atmosphere, and yummy food.
The service was great and helpful. They know who you are as soon as you walk through the door. Everything is explained to you when you are checking in and the staff are friendly. Room was very clean.
By far the worst customer experience ever ! Had an issue with my card at the front desk, and was asked are you going to be able to pay for this room or not? I was locked out of my room, and charged a smoking fee for empty tobacco container in the TRASH! When I called to make a complaint, the manager told me I don t have to stay with Hilton . I was an Hilton honors member! After this experience I will never stay at another Hilton affiliated hotel !
The service was excellent. We had no hot water the entire weekend, which made for a terrible weekend. Also door to bedroom the handle was broken.
Not up to par with the others in the same hotel chain.
I stayed frequently at this hotel when I have to come to Raleigh. The staff is always polite, the breakfast is always hot, the reception is always kind, and the room is always neat. I'm a loyal Hilton member and this location is one of the reasons I remain.
I had a very unfortunate stay at the Embassy Suites. The first day there was fine, but once we had time to settle on the second day and get our clothes put away we found an empty bag of pot in one of the night stand drawers. I had 2 small children with me, so this was a bit concerning for me. We notified the staff, and they were very understanding, but it was still odd. That evening we went out for dinner and wanted to just come back to the room and watch a movie on my laptop, but I couldn't even stream a you-tube video. The cleaning staff left various cleaning implements in our room throughout the stay, as well as taking an empty toilet paper roll and not replacing it, leaving us with no toilet paper. The breakfast food was also sub-par. All the baked goods tasted like they had been there for weeks, and mostly just.. cafeteria like. I certainly won't be returning to this location again when visiting my family.
Great decor, updated. Nice bar. Sadly after 10pm you cannot get food at bar, only through room service. Otherwise typical and above average Embassy Suites.
Great hotel and convenient area. Con: super slow elevators, inconvenient parking and trying to find the front desk.
Nice hotel. I enjoy their happy hour and all of their renovations.
Two free drinks per day + free breakfast. Separate living room and bedroom in the rooms (maybe not all rooms?). Great stay all around.
Under renovation in the Lobby (January 2016) and the halls/rooms had a slight humid smell, but otherwise quality was good. Good breakfast, pool was fine, and rooms were good.
Very close to town. Free shuttle, everyday! Excellent food and AMAZING hospitality! Awesome stay on rus business trip!
Nice room, perfect service. Loved the gym and pool.
ABSOLUTELY Awesome stay! Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was terrific! Will return!!
I just call today to cancel my arrival date and the young lady was nasty she said you need call 24 hour ahead of time.,and was going to charged me. Until i told here I have death in family. That what you should have said in the first place . I have a lot of nights with this hotel no body shouldn't talk to u like a child. I dont know if I would every stay again.
While the rooms were very new and neat the entire hotel is under major renovation. To make matters worse there is no hot water in the shower and they don't do anything about it. We had to go across the street to a mall in order to get dinner. The food for breakfast was some of the worst I've had in any hotel. I'm sure the hotel will look beautiful once the renovations are complete but now I would avoid this place at all cost. I wouldn't stay here if the rooms were free.
Reservations with Kayon
Was a task...
She informed me that my Gold status meant nothing, because it was attached to a discounted rate. Travel has changed so much. Customer service is dead. Rude sarcastic tone and put on hold for over 16 mins..
Front desk was horrible.
It was very clean and has been updated since my last visit, but it's definitely a 5 star hotel. Only gripe i have is the food selection with limited no pork items
Loved the hotel and our stay was great! Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and our room was clean, as expected. Unfortunately things turned for the worst immediately after checking out. A guest hit my car in the hotel parking deck (between 6/20-6/21) and left. I approached the staff and they stated that there were NO cameras in the deck, therefore there was nothing that they could do. On the morning of 6/24, I called to speak with a manager and was greeted by a guest service associate, Ann, who surprisingly stated that someone saw the incident and sent an email with a description. She ensured that she d review the statement to confirm that it was my car and someone would get back with me. I called back later that evening for an update and left a voicemail with the District Manager, Cindy, I believe. The next day I called once more and was directed to the voicemail of the General Manager. Neither have returned my call. I am a Hilton member and love this hotel, however, I m hesitant to return due to the lack of urgency. If you re planning to stay here and park in the deck, do so away from other cars, if possible!
Beautiful hotel! Happy hour and breakfast were great
Great clean hotel! Right across from the mall. There s a buffet breakfast and a nightly cocktail hour with 2 drinks. The rooms are nice and comfortable. There s an inside pool. There s a shuttle to the airport, and I think a few different places as well. Thomas my driver was really nice and helpful! All the staff was welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel!
It was my first time staying at an Embassy Suites hotel. I will be choosing Embassy again. Our stay was four days and sometimes hotel rooms start to close in on you. The room was spacious and offered plenty of area to feel very comfortable the entire stay.
They have Great rooms with comfortable beds at a decent rate. The hotel is currently going through a complete renovation.
My granddaughter had her 13th birthday sleepover there. She and her friends had a ball.
Inside is redone and pretty nice. Suites are still small but they did a good job with it
Since the renovation completion in 2016 the hotel looks fabulous!!! Very clean all through out the hotel. Evenings there is a reception with adult beverages and hot breakfast with all the fixings, made to order omelettes or eggs.
There is a work out room and small pool. But no hot tub.
The staff is very accommodating and will assist you in any way they can.
IF YOU DON'T GO HERE YOU LIFE WILL BE O-V-E-R IT THE BEST
They were awesome and they addressed the issues that I had in a matter of a few minutes. Thank you so much
The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and relatively clean. The carpet in my room could use replacing. But the breakfast was delightful overall a very good stay.
Second stay in two months. Rooms were clean, though maids do not do a great job vacuuming during our stays. The breakfast is well worth the stay.
This was a great hotel experience. This was the best Embassy suites that I have been to. Beautiful interior, the ground floor with the atrium was a great gathering place. I have never spent so much time in a hotel oitside of my room. The evening reception had lota of choices. The breakfast bar was huge and well organized. The rooms were clean and spacious and had a nice layout. I would definitely choose this hotel if I am ever in the area again.
Spacious and very clean rooms. Only downfall was, I went to order dinner downstairs and service was very slow and had me sit for 20 minutes before I could even get a drink. Told the bartender I would like dinner and he said someone will 'eventually' take my order. He could have easily taken my order in the very same breathe it took to tell me to wait for a server instead. Not good customer service. And food was not worth the wait.
The hotel is very nice. The room are lovely. Very well kept & clean. Didnt have the pleasure of talking to any of the employees. I was there for an event. The event went smoothly.
We booked a courtesy block of rooms for our wedding and their billing process was a nightmare. The wedding party had their rooms and tax covered by my husband and I with our credit card. When check-in rolled around, we we're charged for incidentals without being asked, when we agreed to just tax and room as discussed in advance with the sales manager. With many other rooms, the front desk insisted the wedding party pay for their rooms with different catds than what was on file, so wedding guests bank accounts were charged for the entirety of the room costs when they were ONLY supposed to be charged for any incidentals they used. Many guests, my husband, and myself were late to the rehearsal dinner because of this mess and we were still trying to resolve these issues the day of and day after the wedding.
The sales manager who drew up the contract was little help in resolving anything.
I appreciate the front desk manager and housekeeping staff for assisting my mother when she fell, but very few of our guests had an enjoyable stay there on what was already a nerve-racking weekend.
Perhaps this hotel is a great stayover if you're booking for yourself, but think twice before booking or courtesy blocking a sizable group with this hotel.
Suites are clean and comfortable. The staff are great very helpful if you need something. The breakfast is great although the bacon they use is very salty. But it is bacon.
Would have given it five stars but the room reeked of cigarette smoke.
Clean everything grate omelette clean pool but to strong
The rooms are always clean, happy hour is awesome and the staff displayed great customer service. The breakfast is good.
Plenty of other Embassy Suites options in the area, this one leaves much to be desired. Briar Creek is much better - better pool, better evening reception, cleaner rooms.
Nice location for a recent corporate event. Room was good enough size and shielded any outside noise. Would book again in the future.
