Check in was horribly delayed, supposedly because of a previous busy night. No real explanations or apologies from the staff. The rooms were fine, breakfast was standard, but even check out took a little longer than expected.

Really enjoyed the experience. It's been remodeled to a business theme so it's not like most embassy suites we have heen to. We enjoyed our stay and the customer service was top notch.
First experience using digital key. On checkout day, I went out for breakfast but had to go get card key to get back in to the room. Otherwise, everything was okay.
Just an amazing hotel to stay . We were so pleased with all the services offered . The staff went above and beyond on making sure that we were taken care of . From the front office, housekeeping team, restaurant , sales managers everyone we encountered was always willing and eager to please. This hotel is newly renovated . The rooms are big , love the open atrium and the pergola. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast offered . Indoor pool and a big fitness facility . Everything was top notch . Worth the money we spent .
This hotel is a solid 4.5 and definitely a great stay for business. Staff I would give a solid 5 plus stars and the hotel 4.5 just because for some reason the bed is just not really comfortable to me. Major thanks the Jaclyn and Ashley who always helped me with my reservation. I would come in to town every week for a few days and really liked staying at this hotel, but it was out of budget sometimes for my company to cover. No problem, I would just email Jaclyn and Ashley (sales managers) and they booked my rooms for me, even if it was listed as sold out (probably helps I am Hilton Diamond and frequent the hotel lol). It is a great location and the amenities make the stay wonderful. Delicious hot buffet for breakfast and a reception in the evening. I havent stayed here in a while because my company no longer allows me to book rooms outside of the corporate website, but I do check here and cross my fingers I can find a low rate before having to book somewhere else.
Upon arrival my room choice was not available because I am assuming it was given to patrons staying who were there for soccer tournament. I was there to visit 3 of my children and grandchildren. Hotel Clerk gave me a pro-rated rate and sent a tray of snacks and drinks to my room. I felt at that point amends had been made. For dinner we had tried to eat at the Cheesecake Factory but as usual it was an hour or more wait. We came back to the hotel to eat and ran into rowdy soccer group who was in the restaurant area for the managers reception, which by the way should have been held in a separate area away from the restaurant area. I have no idea who hired the restaurant staff, but they need to clean house. The girls serving drinks for the reception didn't every know how to pronounce the name of the wine that was served. Annette our server was an absolute disaster. I felt like she was maybe high or a newly recovering addict. She just was not in tune with our needs as a customer. The Manager came out and adjusted our the price of our meal. Water would be cut off at 11 am the next morning, ugh! Only 1 elevator working with a full hotel.I was on the 8th floor and had to take stairs with a bad knee. Breakfast was a madhouse!!! Soccer and crowd going to the Carolina game were disgustingly grabbing food like animals (we went to Big Ed's) Asked for a 1pm check out and so my key should have reflected my late check out.... and of course that didn't happen. I was so disappointed at my stay, I visited the Marriott next door to check out their property and rooms for my next upcoming stay in Raleigh. Been there done that and I wasn't impressed.
Update Sep 2016: I decided to try this location again in September as the construction was supposed to be done, not the case. it is simple, I would not recommend staying at this hotel until construction is done. Lowering the rating to one star as their were numerous problems with the room, no water during the day, phone and A/C did not work and took over 24hr to correct. The only reason I did not leave was because there were no rooms available at other hotels.
First review: There is major construction in progress and will not be completed until May. During the day the noise level in your room is unbearable and would not be suitable for work.
We will not be returning until after the remodeling is done, in fact we checked out the next day and went to a different hotel because of the noise level.
As you would expect they have the normal embassy suites service. The internet is also very slow! In today's streaming age this is truly unacceptable for guests.
This hotel is beautiful and the staff is very kind and welcoming! My room was immaculate, the food was very tasty, and most importantly, the shower water pressure was fantastic.
We had an excellent time! Will definitely stay again.
Great hospitality at this location. They seem to offer bottomless coffee. And they gave me a free snack when I checked in late. I was in room 822 and the wall seemed paper-thin. I could hear the guest in the next room cough, wrinkle paper and clear his throat. It was so loud that it took me about six to eight frights to finally get used to it. Sounded like he was in my room. Please do something about the ducts that carry the sound from the room next door. Thanks.

Be aware if you book this hotel you will be staying in a construction zone. Everything is torn up and it's just not at all up to Embassy Suite standards. We were just staying a quick one night, so we delt with it, but if you want a comfortable place to stay this is not it. Charging $200 for a night in this mess was highway robbery! Should charge half that in this current state, or better yet, they should close it down until it is ready to properly host guests. This is not your average "remodel" - the entire place is torn up. The staff was very friendly and attentive but it just doesn't make up for the complete mess we stayed in. I'm sure when it's over it will be beautiful but if you are looking to stay anytime soon (we were there 4/6/2016) demand a fantastic rate or better yet, pick another hotel. Hopefully they are re-decorating the guest rooms too as the mattress was soft and we rolled into the middle on top of each other. There's also a wierd wardrobe in the bedroom - just seems there would be a closet, and it's generally out-dated. So, it's great they are under re-model/construction but it just sickens me we spent $200 on that mess.
Great hot breakfast in morning . Happy hour from 5:30pm to 7pm serving free drinks/alcohol and lite snacks. Nice Swimming pool open until 11pm. Fitness Room. Free fruit infused water served at all times. Big clean building with event rooms available. I did not give this place a 5 star because there is no longer a hot room nor a Jacuzzi any more.
The room was big and I enjoyed the free nightly drink and snack manager's reception. I also made use of the good breakfast and airport shuttle service.
This place was well maintained. Breakfast had a cook to order omelet section as well as a mini buffet arrangement. Cocktail hour and snacks 5:30-7:30 nightly
A great place to stay everytime we visit family in Raliegh
When I arrived I was happy and thought this going going to be a nice stay. It was so quiet in my bedroom. Around 9:30 my neighbor started to entertain. She talk yelled, laughed, and played music till 1:30am. She also smoked which came into my room from the adjoining door. I called the front desk at 9:30 to tell them that she was smoking. They said they d send someone up but I don t think they did.
The following morning I was grouchy from getting no sleep, meanwhile she was still sleeping at 11. I went to the front desk and told them if she wasn t leaving I wanted a new room. They said she was leaving. They seemed to have zero record I called.
Also they charged me almost $100 extra and I had to ask why.
Tonight in the parking garage I was getting things out of my hatch while this guy flew up and down the garage . It s very tight so if someone suddenly came from the other direction he d probably hit them. These two twenty somethings ran in the elevator as I was going down and huddled in the corner saying they were hiding. I think they were drunk. When I got off I turned around and they were still huddled.
When I was walking back to my room three guys were entering their room just as I passed and a woof of smoke smacked me in the face.
Also when I was waiting for my ride the front desk lady was talking to someone on the phone in a snotty tone.
I get the vibe that his hotel is for young hoodlums, that stay here to party. Because that s pretty much what I saw. I would never stay here again.

This was one of the better hotels my family has ever stayed at. Extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great staff. The two free happy hour drinks are great! The kids loved the complimentary goody basket!
Room was clean, staff was awesome and friendly. Bed was soft and puffy, didn't want to leave it!!

This weekend my wife and I visited just for one night only just to get away, and enjoy each other, getting in some shopping etc. The room rate was awesome for one night, couldn't have gotten a better rate I think. The room was clean as usual, no complaints. The shuttle ride to and from was great the driver was very polite and seam to enjoy doing the task. I just have one complaint when we went into the room and turned on the TV it didn't work, we call the front desk and they assured us that it would be taken care of, but when we return later that night the TV issue was not taking care of. We call the front desk again and they sent a repairman up imadiately and he did Ed the problem. He stated it was some kind of installation issue with a plug. Other than that the overall stay was as good as usual.
I will never ever stay at a Embassy Suites property again. The manager told my cousin in 2016, that the property renovation would be complete by October/2016. When my family arrived, the property was still under major renovations. For that whole entire weekend, we inhale paint fumes and dust. We couldn't take a nap due to the banging and drilling. We had no use of any amenities in the hotel. This was totally an inconvenience to my whole family. This was the worst stay ever. I usually stay at the Marriott.
Tavon, Kiara and Justin at the front desk were amazing. I asked for playing cards AND THEY HAD THEM. I even got complementary pretzels. If I ever stay in Raleigh, I am staying here. I may even plan trips just to stay in the hotel.

Booked a hotel room at this location and I will say the absolute worst experience ever, the room wasn't a problem the breakfast wasn't an issue however my issue comes with customer service my card was charged multiple times for whatever reason and the supervisor here admitted to running my card again the next morning for whatever reason. When I reached out to corporate of course this hotel lied and said that I didn't have funds to cover my stay which was far from the truth they also said my card wouldn't approve for $1 which was another lie. This was my first time staying at this location and it will certainly be my last I couldn't but my entire experience but I wouldn't give them not one star at all because of this experience sad thing is I have never had a bad issue with embassy suites before I came to this location and im a Hilton Honors member at that but after experiencing this and they way they are deceitful they have ruined my faith in this company at all and I will not every stay again or anyone that I know.
I am loving this hotel, the staff is friendly, the pool is small but my kids love it. Everything is very clean and prices are reasonable.
The Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree has a new updated look. All of the staff was very nice and friendly. They went out of their way to see to your every need. They sent a complimentary cheese and fruit tray with a bottle of wine for my wife's birthday. Thank you. We will stay there again and would recommend this property to everyone.
The remodeled hotel was well designed and a great use of the space with the seating arrangements. The rooms were great and the staff was friendly.
Loved the hotel, looked great. Was pleased to receive complimentary drinks and snacks for happy hour. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only thing I can think of that would be negative is that the in-room AC unit was loud when it turned on. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

Very nice hotel. It was the cleanest I've been to yet. The staff is fabulous from the desk to the room attendants and breakfast staff. The rooms are very spacious and large. There's a sink in the bedroom and in the wet bar. The shower was my favorite amenity. It had a wonderful showerhead and a singing drain! I used my accumulated points for the stay and was very impressed. They also have a parking garage, which was even another bonus.
The details of everything from beginning to end was absolutely fabulous. The staff went above and beyond with their assistance. One elevator was not in operation for approximately 30 minutes but they very quickly escorted all those in waiting to another elevator in the back. The food and drink accommodations were absolutely fabulous. The rooms we're extremely well laid out. The accommodations of the room were perfect. The beds we're extremely comfortable. Very clean very well-designed very well put together very proud staff making sure all needs were met.

Its been a while since I stayed at an Embassy Suites and now I only want to stay here and nowhere else! From minute 1 of check-in to the last minute of check-out, the staff has been supurb and the hotel vibe has been relaxing, spacious and upscale. I love the room, shower, bed. The breakfast is to die for. The coffee is actual proper coffee - at a hotel!! The nightly reception is just icing on the cake. A++ all the way around. In the middle of a stressful move, this place is heaven sent.

Stayed here for a college visit to NC State. Nothing was wrong with the hotel itself, but I just had some problems printing out a document that I needed. I still got it, but it took me about 30 minutes to do so.
Well, I love Embassy suites; and I always try to stay in one when traveling. However, my husband and I Dr. Young was in Rm 908 and while we was winding down ... I was treated by the biggest COCKROACH I have ever seen!!! I notified the front desk and they didn't really seem all that surprised to hear this. She offered us another room but I must say that I will never stay here EVER again.
I used their banquet facility - the smaller one with the bookshelves on the wall and different color lights. The facility is very attractive and the staff was attentive and nice...but the food was not good. We were disappointed with the meal, from salad to dessert.
Love the extra room. Everyone so nice and helpful.

I cannot even explain in words how incredible the staff at the Crabtree Embassy Suites is! We were traveling with our elderly mother and had an issue and needed to change her to a handicapped accessible room about 30 minutes after we had just checked in. Jinee went over and above to accommodate our needs and was very professional and compassionate during our entire exchange. We have family in the area and this is were we will stay from now on! Well done!
This is a fabulous airport hotel! We were greeted by a very friendly and gracious front desk host that patiently answered any questions we had. The rooms are as spacious as you would expect for an embassy suites, and very clean. We were too late for the free happy hour, but made it down to the bar before they closed around 9pm. I had the chicken sandwich which was way better than what I was expecting. Maybe I was just really hungry, but it was actually amazing! We also got the wings and some other sandwich and everyone was happy with the food. The bartender/server wasn t the friendliest I ve ever experienced, but was a boss at mixing drinks. I will definitely use this hotel again.
While the concept of Embassy Suites brand remains the same, this location got thoroughly updated in 2015. The current look is open and modern, with bright colors and clear lines. Service is good and courteous.
Both elevators were broken, and our room was on the eighth floor. The food was cold and not cooked all the way.
I am sorry to read so many people had a bad time at this place. I came here for a conference and we were treated quite well. The reception was friendly and the hotel looked nice and modern. I came post construction and it looks really nice. The food offered at my conference was very good and their breakfast was ok. We were offered juices, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, grits, oatmeal, and assortment of baked goods and cereal, with a number of other things. The fresh omelette and eggs took forever to make but they were good. They had a happy hour, which had an assortment of snacks, which was nice. Staff were very polite and accommodating. I will say this, that their alcoholic drinks were NYC prices, just a little too much. But other than that the rooms were standard size for a suite, but modern. The hotel is not huge, but a good size as it has 8 or 9 floors. This place is like 20 minutes from the airport and close the the mall.

The hotel was recently remodeled and is mostly nice, but it's not quite up to 5 stars relative to other hotels in the same category.
The lobby area is very nice, but the hallways have terrible carpeting that's difficult to wheel your suitcase on.
The rooms have comfy beds and pillows, and two large LCD TVs with lots of channels to choose from.
The hot water can be scalding hot, so be careful in the shower and bathroom sink.
Even though renovations were on going, the facilities were great and the staff were fantastic?

This Embassy has been recently upgraded and it shows! I stay here about 8 times a year and keep returning. Rooms are all large and accommodating. I have never met any hotel staff who wasn't absolutely great. Especially Marc the bartender!
