Extremely nice, classy, modern facilities. Quite happy with the room and the desk staff were friendly. However, some other guests(I assume guests) were allowed to act with very loud, inappropriate behavior in the public areas as well as blocking access to the elevators; staff and management could not have POSSIBLY been unaware. Could really do without obnoxiously loud and disruptive behavior during our stay.
I would give 4.5-5 stars if my wife and I weren't made to feel uncomfortable and honestly embarrassed to have to witness and endure this in a HILTON. Motel 6 maybe, not a Hilton.

My weekend here had just begun and it s already turning out to be awesome! The nice young man, Arthur, at the front desk has surprised my husband and I with a little treat for our 11 year anniversary! On top of the great customer service, out room is very nice, comfy and clean! Will definitely be booking future stays here and spreading the word!

This was a wonderful place to spend a couple of nights. The hospitality was amazing and will definitely come back when in Raleigh. Breakfast, dinner and room service are prompt, professional and very attentive.

The exterior, and even the location is a bit unassuming, but don't let it fool you... As soon as you pass through the lobby doors, it's quite a nice surprise, in fact the lobby and restaurant area are kinda impressive, very modern & very comfortable. The hotel was quiet, my room was well appointed (microwave + mini fridge), and the entire property was clean. * For those with pets, it appeared they were pet friendly, hopefully I'm not giving false information, it's possible the dogs I saw were service animals, but I don't think that was the case... Overall, once inside, it's a very nice property, very friendly staff and location is perfect for shopping and dining, plus very easy beltline access, and not to far from downtown.. If you're not after the Hilton Honors points or perks, there were some pretty good 3rd party rates avail (like under $100 pr night) on Priceline, etc....

Hotel has lots of charm. Very boutique and upscale feel compared to other Garden Inn properties. I subtracted 1 star only because house keeping didn t do a great job before I checked in. There was toothpaste on the vanity and on the drawers in the bathroom. Also my last day at this property I arranged for late checkout and was awakened several times by housekeeping knocking even though I had my DND door hanger outside. I d still recommend it here, very quiet and tucked off in a hotel park with other competing properties but close to the mall, Target and lost is restaurants and bars.

Attended a college information session in one of the conference rooms. The conference rooms are spacious and well-equipped. My only complaints are that the music from another room was coming through the walls during part of the presentation, and the chairs were a bit uncomfortable for long-term sitting.

I love this hotel! It feels like I'm at home. The staff is friendly, accommodating and inviting. The rooms are clean and the showers super sparkly. During the weather issues in Jan, the hotel served food to the masses. It was the only hotel on the hill serving warm food. Excellent customer service and a wonderful customer experience. Thank you Arthur.

I mostly loved it because of the event I went to. Speaking on the hotel itself, it was clean, but the staff wasn't very welcoming. They answered your questions, but it's like they had an attitude about it if that makes sense. The hotel was nice though.

I enjoyed my stay here immensely!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are nice and, except for some relatively brief (better part of one day) construction noise, the over all experience was very positive and memorable!

The manager, Arthur, I believe is his name, is beyond amazing! He fixed an issue I had at check-in like a pro. He then saw my family was enjoying the pool and brought us fresh baked cookies which the kids absolutely loved. That's not all... I had forgotten my shampoo. I went to ask for extra shampoo and he remembered I had a family of 5 so he gave me a little bag full of the soap and shampoo so we would have plenty for our stay. Most hotels will just hand you a few bottles and say here you go, but he actually took into account the amount of people in the room without me mentioning it. This guy was top notch. He also hand delivered extra towels to my room. Enough for all of us. Just the type of service you'd get from a 5 star hotel. That guy is what makes the hotel so special. Other managers should be trained by him. He just makes you feel appreciated and taken care of. I'd stay here every chance I'd get as long as its still being managed by this guy. He actually knows what he's doing. I can't say enough good things. The hotel itself is very clean, artsy, and inviting. You don't have to question weither to stay here. Extremely clean with a 5 star manager. You can't beat it. The indoor pool is nice and warm. It's great for kids. It's only about 3 to 4 feet deep but perfect for playing around for a while. I do wish there was a hot tub available. That would make this place even better. Maybe they can add one in the future. I do want to say that I believe the manager should get a raise. If the Hilton had employees and managers exacally like this guy at every one of their hotels noone would ever choose to stay anywhere else. He just makes you feel welcomed in a way that isn't seen anywhere under $300 a night and it's very refreshing. That makes him come across even more genuine and real. He personally made my family have an amazing stay.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great bar but, if you are a light sleeper like I am this is not the place to stay. You can hear everything next door, outside and in the halls. The curtains don't pull closed so the sun gets right in. I've stayed here twice and slept very little. If you are a heavy sleeper then you'll love this place!

Nice hotel, great staff and management. Large breakfast for purchase, lunch and dinner choices good, bar area, and a very nice outdoor patio to relax. Private table and comfortable seating on main floor for personal or business use. Staff very accommodating if you forgot a toothbrush, paste or need extra amenities. I stayed here because it is 10 min. from Rex hospital, 5 min from the mall, McDonald's right there....and best of all...you drive to these locations on local roads "without" getting back on busy highway. Other hotels are in same area to include a pet friendly hotel.

My husband and I had a delightful stay at this location. Arthur and Brandy at the front desk and Linda in the bar all made us feel like old friends. Our only complaint during our stay was we ordered some hot wings from the restaurant which were really awful, but in all fairness we did not say anything so that was our fault. Had we said something, I am sure they would have made it right. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will not hesitate to stay at this hotel next time we are in the area.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful. At checkin we were offered cookies and flavored water which is available any time of the day, and as we proceeded down the hall to our room it's hard not to notice that the hotel is beautifully decorated I side. The beauty continues in our room and bathroom, which features a very large glass shower. Full amenities were available including hair dryer, fridge, and microwave. Downstairs include a small indoor heated pool and gym, both which we enjoyed using. We enjoy our stay so much that we book this very hotel every time we stay in Raleigh.

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly as well. But the two nights I was there zero parking at it or the hotel next door. Seems theynown both. They had events and after driving around for 30 minutes had to park out on the street waiting for the events to be over. I get it that they are money makers for the hotel but come on why would I stay here again if I spend half the night each day finding a place to park?

Very clean and appealing property. Very polite reception staff. No negative comments. Easy access to the interstate, and close enough for us to plenty of food and entertainment options. Literally across the street from a pretty decent mall.
We need a life check out and it was no hassle, we were able to stay until about 3pm. We had car issues so we really needed the extension.
Great place. We stayed on our way back through to pick up our car as well. Would definitely stay again.

Visited to attend Prime Timer, a travel agency, time share brokerage, vacation firm. The presentation by Jerry Jenkins, a very large man with 7 children, 5 adopted of which 3 are girls who were separated for 2 to 3 years, he is a wounded warrior member, went to seminary school, says he has preached all over the world, and previously sided in Texas and has been reasigned to Research Triangle Park to open a new location. Cost is $11,000.00 up front price, 299.00 annual fee. Similar prices through Costco was one review founded so far.

This Hilton Garden Inn is very well decorated, clean, and has friendly staff. It is not too difficult to find and there are a lot of amenities including a pool, gym, etc. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star from me was that breakfast was not very good (although there were a lot of choices) and that the tile floors in my room had this gross dirty/waxy film on them like someone sprayed cleaner and then didn't actually mop them.

Nice property that is very well maintained. Difficult to get to and easy to miss as you drive by though.

Staff were very polite, professional and friendly. Room was in excellent shape with strong and quiet AC unit. Clean comfortable furniture and bed. Nice shower and bathroom with no heavy wear/tear visible.

Nice property so long as you know how to get to it!
