Clean room, very pleased with the amenities although I wish there was a hot tub... The kickback was great but breakfast lines was crazy... They may need to extend the breakfast area because this is a large hotel accommodating alot of guest. The breakfast food could've been a little better.

Beautiful hotel and great customer service. Parking sucks a bit as we didn't realize you have to have your key to enter through the parking deck. Dangerous to walk to the front of the building through the parking lot and drive thru area
I had to endure illegal (marijuana) smoke coming through the vents in my room. I informed the staff and nothing was done. Waiting on Hilton corporate to restore my
faith in the hotel chain.

The staff was great! Our food that was provided by the hotel was so delicious I wanted to take more home. The event seats were very comfortable and so was the temperature in the room. I've attended this event for last couple of years and I now understand why it's held here every year. Looking forward to next year!

Our company has had its annual meeting at Embassy Suites Crabtree four of the past five years. The staff, facilities, food and every aspect of the hotel is perfect for a business conference.
Newly remodeled; very eclectic and eye catching. Carolinas have a 2 drink rule, but they pour a tasty beverage.
Hotel currently under going renovations. Staff is friendly. However they should discount the rates during this time.

One of the nicer hotels we've stayed at in recent times, from the friendly and helpful staff to the large and open lobby that leads to the restaurant area to the spacious rooms. Each suite has a safe, microwave, fridge, kitchen sink, which is all ideal for a family. We had a single King bed with a pull out couch for the kids. Location is straight across from the Crabtree shopping mall. Will definitely stay here again.
This place is gorgeous from head to toe!!! Great service and excellent staff memebers!!!! The arichtecture of the building is very outstanding and the view from the rooms are breath taking!!! I highly suggest getting a room on the upper floor on the western side of the building!!! I definitely enjoyed my stay here and I look forward to returning ASAP!!! Cheers and Namaste!!!

It was okay. Breakfast was good, and the staff was nice. Walls are very thin. Neighbors kept me up all night. Well let s just say if you talk in the next room you can hear it.
The staff is absolutely wonderful. The hotel is under construction, but it is stated when you book the reservation. I didn't find this to be that big of an inconvenience. The room was clean and very nice. My family was very happy with our stay and would stay here again if back in the area.

Brand new renovated, digital key makes it super easy to check in
After much consideration, 7 of my friends and I decided to stay at the Embassy Suites in Raleigh, and attend their New Year's Eve Vegas Style Party. I do not recommend this for anyone in their 20's. We are all in our upper 20's and had a horrible time- until we moved the party up into our room. The online site, where we found the details about this party, seemed to have embellished what all it entailed. For $70 a person, we were told we would have 2 hours open bar at cocktail hour (5:30-7:30), appetizers, gaming tables, balloon drop, DJ, a hotel room and free breakfast. Once we got to the hotel, we were given 2 tickets for 2 free drinks during cocktail hour. We put our stuff in the room, and headed down to get our 2 drinks. During this time, it was very family oriented... there were a lot of kids, and it was more of a jean/t-shirt kind of feel. They only had 2 bartenders working during this cocktail hour, and they both seemed very inexperienced. It took 45 minutes in line to finally get to the bartender to get my drinks, and by that point, they had run out of many types of juices, and only offered well drinks. I asked for a Dirty Shirley, and the bartender looked very confused (I had to tell her what was in it... 3 ingredients... it was horrible). The appetizers they offered were chex-mix and chips and salsa. After I exchanged my 2 drink tickets for 2 horrible drinks, my friends and I made our way back to our room to get ready. At 10:00 we came back down for the party. By this time, they only had one bartender located in the party area, and 2 bartenders in the cafe. To recap, 3 bartenders for the entire hotel NYE party. We stood at the bar at the cafe for a good 20 minutes before we were even noticed. The bartenders would not make eye contact at all. After we reiceved our drinks, we headed out to the dance floor where it was mainly ages 55+. The DJ had grey hair... played some new age dancing songs, but also played a lot of oldies (Brick House type music). At 11:30, he was playing a slow song... way to get us hyped for the New Year! We ended up going back up to our room to get our own drinks that we brought because the second go around at the bar, we were unsuccessful... there was no point in us waisting 30 minutes every time we wanted a drink. We came back down for the countdown to the new year, and they had the balloon drop- kind of dissapointed the DJ didn't play the new year song, but instead played something that sounds like a polka song? As soon as that was over, we headed back up for the night. It was a huge disapointment but we learned our lesson. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was friendly, I just feel like we were given the wrong impression as to what this hotel party would actally be like. Everyother hotel party I have been to for NYE has been quite fun, this on the other hand was not. The best thing about this stay was the free breakfast in the morning.

We always stayed at the embassy suites when visiting Raleigh but this stay I was very unhappy! The cleaning has gone down a lot, we found hair in the tub and on the bed! and bathroom wasn t cleaned properly.
I was just started to wake up around 8am I heard a knock on my door and after two knocks the door was open, I was in the bedroom so I jumped up and asked who is it and no one responded so I ran to the door only to see a Hispanic lady in the hotel uniform walking away real fast, so I called out to her and she did not acknowledge me but kept on walking
I immediately called the front desk to let them know what was doing on, the Guest services assured me that he was going to look into it and called back, but never did! That s where I have a problem the lack of communication and training for these employees housekeeping did not identify herself as a housekeeper and Guest services did not do their job! My room number was 430
The rooms were very clean and orderly. The included breakfast was top notch, and among the best I've had in my traveling experience. The hotel staff was very nice and knowledgeable, and was always available to assist me.
Very comfy. They had complimentary drinks at the bar and all you can eat buffet.

Currently under construction, so this review is for the room only. The beds are super comfor table as are the pillows. I love how they give you so many pillows. The new Decor is very modern and the art looks great. There is no tub in the bathroom if you're looking for that. But the shower is very modern and the shower head is easily high enough for a 6-foot person.
There was a lot of construction and the limits of what you can do should be told before you reserve a room.
Nice hotel. Very huge lobby area with lots of seating areas for business individuals. Considering we are still in a pandemic the breakfast is decent but the ready made omelets are throughly missed. Pool accesible just make sure you reserve because of COVID which I think is a great safety precaution. I checked in on crutches and note it was thoughtful they upgraded my room to a suite because I was a diamond member but the bathroom was NOT easily accessible with my condition at all which made it more of a hassle than not. Walking distance to Crabtree mall. Overall good stay and would recommend.

Pretty nice hotel. There was a problem with our door lock and we had to wait about half an hour to get in our room but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Worst stay EVER.
We went for an overnight stay with the family.
The hotel was basically a huge club.
--Parties on both sides of our room until 1am. Calling security did not help.
--Every level of the parking lot smelled.
2 cop cars eventually showed up to clear the people smoking weed in the parking lot.
--then the fireworks started at 1am.
Another cop car eventually showed up.
This is not how a Hilton brand should be represented.

The hotel was great! We did have an issue when it was pouring down rain and they had locked the entrance from the parking garage so we had to walk through the rain to get in.
The room was cleaned when I checked in, but was never cleaned over my three day stay.
Food and Beverage manager is new and dragging down the service for hotel. Runs out for beer and liquor too much. So staff is paying for inventory issues from manager. Most staff go out of way to make things very comfortable for you. I stay here all the time since 2013. But may be time to fine new hotel.

I attended the Blue and White Ball sponsored Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc and it was AMAZING and the hotel was wonderful.
Having our family reunion here was great. Our host family did a fantastic job by choosing this hotel. Barb met all our needs and expectations. The only complaint I have is that the handicapped rooms were so far from the elevators once you've reached your floor.
Our family stayed here during Hurricane Florence. The entire staff could not have been more accommodating. They went above and beyond to make certain all guest's needs were meet. Excellent, clean facility.
The general manager Sachin Shourie discriminated against my husband who has a medical condition because he could not wear a mask in the lobby to check in. We have all the paperwork from his doctor stating he can not wear a mask but still were refused to check in and go straight to our rooms

The room I'm staying in is nice and clean, not yet remodeled. The facility however is a complete mess...i wouldn't have minded as much if the remodeling been noted on the website. After a 4am fire alarm scare (i heard fellow guest say it's been happening for weeks) I guess I'll be living on 3 hours sleep after a 10 hour drive. I've always been a huge Embassy Suites fan, in the future I'll be calling ahead.
A great hotel to stay at. They offer two free drinks for every day of your stay. The afternoon snacks are also included. The architecture and rooms feel very modern.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with spacious, clean rooms and helpful staff. The suite provided plenty of room for our kids to have their own place to sleep, play, and watch movies, especially the Disney Channel. The complimentary breakfast is absolutely delicious with high quality eggs, sausage, bacon and other items you would hope for in the morning. It gets a little busy around 8:30 though. They pool and gym are both high end and our kids loved playing in the water. Also, you can't beat the location, right next to CrabTree Mall. The only major issue was with the made to order omelet area at breakfast. We dropped off our order and then checked on it several times, with no luck. Finally, after 15 minutes, we found out the staff had not put in our order, because they hadn't verified our breakfast coupons when we placed the order. When I let the lady know there was nobody there to check our coupons at the time, she put our orders up to the front. Unfortunately, it looked like we weren't the only ones in that situation. When we finally received our omelets they were delicious though. The other negative was the SUPER loud air conditioner in our room. Every time it started up it sounded like a space shuttle was taking off and we'd have to crank up the volume on the TV to compensate. Other than that, small things like the bathroom being out of paper towels and the light/power outlet next to our bed being out of order were the only issues. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
AC was not working. Had to change due to cable issues. Also mouse from construction of renovation is very loud. Hopefully everything will improve after renovation.
