I always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites hotels, but this location went above and beyond! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Their food is outstanding. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again when I am in town.
Beautiful hotel, I love the decor and the indoor waterfall. The rooms are very nice & Clean & spacious. After a workout in the super gym, it's time to dine. The wonderful made-to-order breakfast is the highlight of the day! I always stay here for business and pleasure. Ms. Jaclyn & staff are the best!

This was my second stay since January. Even with the remodeling it's a nice place. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is awesome. Staff is very friendly. I've stayed at several hotels in Raleigh and this one is the best.
This location is old. It has had an update but overall the facility is lacking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would avoid this location on future visits.
I would rate it a 5 but I felt the carpets weren't as clean as I would like. I'm especially conscious of that because I have a crawling baby.
Cassandra, one of the breakfast attendants, was seriously one of the best people ever. My kids said this hotel was the best one ever because she worked there. Give that girl a raise! She was so friendly and helpful to me and my family.
The location is great. Walkable to the Crabtree Mall and easily accessible to the main roads around Raleigh.

The recent renovation looks good. Breakfast offered plenty of options and the hotel staff was nice. The main room of the suite picked up noise coming from the open lobby area, but the bedroom was quiet. I'd stay again.

Great hotel that is up to date, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and evening reception. The evening reception had a little less then we've seen at other embassy suites but was still good for a snack. We'd stay again if in the area.
I've been staying at this Embassy Suites since I was very young with my dad and it has alwasy been a joy. I just came back for the first time in a few years for a conference and the renovations are amazing. The omlett station is also 10/10. Great location as well.
It was such a pleasureable experience for me and my guest. The staff are professional, polite and handled anything I needed immediately. The breakfast is awesome.
Very disappointed at the phone call I had with your employees today. Stayed here for and all girls bachelorettes party I had last Friday. We lit candles and incense. (No smoking) just to look at my bank statement today to get charged an extra $300 with no phone call or email stating the extra charge. Very disappointed at the fact it was candles and incense that caused and extra $300 smoking fee to be taken from my account. Unprofessional & will NEVER stay here again.

Stayed here for a second time and it was more awesome than the first time. Staff was extremely friendly, place was clean, we received a wondering food tray. Much better experience than at Greenbriar who has an ignorant, condescending person front desk with an attitude.
Very clean redesigned hotel. The carpet in the room was a bit thread-bare. Only reason not 5 stars. Update, moved it to 5 stars as the carpet design looks worn. My error.
They were doing construction, which we knew when we booked, but we had problems with the shower and air conditioning in our room. Then we changed rooms and had problems with that shower as well. It was VERY loud during the day because of the construction. The rooms should've been steeply discounted during their construction.
We stay here whenever we are in N.C. The staff is the best and the rooms are awesome. Their breakfast buffet is a wonderful way to start your day.
I was here for a conference so I can only comment regarding that. Their staff was outstanding in all encounters with them.
Awesome service....only issue is for those of us with Religion reason with not eating pork. They do have beef bacon, beef sausage etc. Overall beautiful Renovation and great location.
Fantastic place with good food and drink service. Rooms are maintained very well. Only problem with the suite was that there was a lot of noise from the AC.
Excellent suites with a hearty made to order breakfast. Housekeeping is orderly and reliable, and the bed is comfortable enough to get solid sleep after jetlag.
This is the perfect location. Everything is close. The breakfast is amazing. And the staff is friendly and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable. They also give you an array of pillows. So you can find the one you like. I've stayed at other properties in the Crabtree Valley area. This by far is my favorite. Newly remodeled.

The rooms are very nice, very spacious and the made to order breakfast buffet is a great way to start your morning! The Embassy suits in DC was the 1st one we stayed at and we got hooked then and whenever we travel we always look for this hotel chain 1st!!

I've stayed here many times. I liked it better before the renovations. The entire hotel is an ugly boring white now, every single interior surface, whereas before it had color and character. The renovation for the most part seems to have been just painting over the old. The food has never been very good, and still isn't. The best part of the place was the fully open atrium in the middle of the hotel, cozy, but they ruined that in the renovation. It is now an ugly business center and a closed off room. The rooms themselves, I can't tell if they were renovated or not. If so, it wasn't done very well and again they just painted and laid carpet....but much of the old is still in the rooms...countertops, faucets, etc. The desk staff are very nice and helpful. This used to be my preferred haunt when in Raleigh on business, probably not anymore. It is not bad, just not good enough for the extended stays I have.
I love Embassy Suites! This particular Embassy is definitely worth the money. The staff is friendly and decor is modern and chic. Only downer, my room needed a few maintenance repairs (bathroom door handle- still works but noticeably worn and the tub floor had a SMALL spot of rust) but nothing major. Major plus, the mall is right across the street... seriously. If you didn't mind playing frogger, you could walk. Of course there's always Uber. I'm slightly considering moving to Raleigh from my weekend trip alone. Great job Embassy!!
Came here for company conference for Consultwebs. Its newly renovated and looks amazing. The food was amazing and the rooms are huge and unbelievably comfortable. Highly recommended for conferences or events. The staff are friendly and helpful, cant wait to come back next time I'm in Raleigh.
My wife son and I stayed Friday and Saturday night
09/20-9/22. We get all checked in and into the room. The first night I had to call down to the front desk two times to complain about the noise next door. They said they would take care of it. They would send security up the first time. The second time the lady her self said she would come up. This took about 30mins. After they quieted for may 10mins it started again so I went down stairs to complain. They told me the room would get a final warning. They should have had a final warning after the second time. After the room finally was told this at 12am midnight the front desk calls my room and wakes my wife, son and I up to let us know they had taken care of it and they would give a discount on the room. Was not to happy about getting called at 12am midnight saying you are going to give me a a discount. Tell me when I check out lot while trying to sleep. When we went to check out this morning from the hotel they seemed like it was no big deal. Said it should not have happened. We have been here before and have not had a issue before. Won't be back to this location even if it improves.
We drove from Greenville NC that is not that far from here to have a nice weekend just to get away to relax but instead had a not so pleasant time.
The hotel was very nice with top of the line amenities. All requests made were fulfilled in a timely manner. Every employee was smiling and very helpful. The only reason for a 4 star was because the air and water went out through out the entire hotel which caused for a sleepless night due to the heat.
The breakfast, the room services customer service was beyond fantastic

We stayed there during the remodel and the remodel is complete and well done. Nice suites that were very comfortable.

Was a great time staying there only draw back was the bed was soft to sleep in.
The rooms were big and clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The hotel's decor is modern and sleek but not cold. My girls loved the water feature just the other side of the lobby. The only down side was the fire alarm went off at 11:45pm and we had to evacuate, which meant walking down 9flights of stairs with two toddlers who were trying to sleep. In talking with other guests, this wasn't the first time that week the fire alarm had gone off in the middle of the night. It was a great overnight stop for us on way from FL to MD.
The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was not ready at check-in. The AC didn't work properly room was only cool for short periods. The shower does not drain properly. At breakfast got a cup of apple juice and it was full of ants.

I loved the hotels design and the rooms were fantastic. The staff and other guests were friendly and helpful. I recently visited a much more expensive hotel and would pick this place over that one any day of the week.
The room was clean, the staff were very kind, but the wifi was a joke and the pool was dirty.
Very good stay and amazing staff. Happy hour and free breakfast are a great extra bonus.
Customer service could be better but nice and clean rooms
My husband and I have stayed here many times. Normally, I would give 5 stars here because it's usually very nice. However, we went on our anniversary last month and a friend of mine sent me a dozen white roses to be delivered to the room before we arrived. I never saw the flowers. They were delivered to the front desk, but never to our room. I didn't even know about it until she asked me several days later how I liked the roses. The hotel had no explanation, not much of an apology and expected my friend to jump through hoops to get a $125 refund. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed in the customer service of this hotel, I accidentally booked the wrong embassy suites to be with family, switched to the correct one on reassurance I would be given my points back (74,000) on multiple occasions. Now 2 months have passed and this hotel will not return any of my phone calls and so far no points have returned to my account. The front desk manager Christina is who is supposed to be returning my calls and/or points... I have been let down by Hilton for sure... paid for 4 nights and only stayed 2. Never would have switched had I not been told they would give my points back.

Wonderful stay here. Extremely clean and well maintained. High quality toiletries great value for the price. I know I never have to worry about cleanliness when staying here. The breakfast has a lot of options and is definitely a step up from a other hotels breakfast options. I have to give huge props to the housekeeping staff. The were the friendliest people at this location. Always smiling and willing to help. I m in the same line of work but in the management field and they have a great housekeeping staff here. If I HAD to find a critique, it would be that the indoor pool was a few degrees warmer. They had an impressive weight room with a wide array of machines, treadmills, and free weights. Thank you Hilton!
