Hampton Inn & Suites Brier Creek Review

These folks are very accommodating. Let me have a late check out when my plans changed. Clean rooms and good location.

Good location, close to airport, but not close enough to be a burden. Clean spacious rooms , airport shuttle service

Kung size bed rooms are big and spacious. Very clean rooms. Great service.

Very nice hotel, with excellent staff. They called to check in with me when I returned to the airport and then made sure to get ahold of me when the shuttle was there to pick me up.

Stayed for 1 night. Very clean. Friendly staff- especially Clark. Very professional, friendly. Decent breakfast. Would recommend.

They don't have a restaurant in the building, but there is a bar and restaurant next door and tons of restaurants/bars within walking distance.

They are in the midst of remodeling the guest rooms. Only working during the day.

I really enjoyed my stay.. the staff was excellent! thanks Johnathan for making my trip great.. he recommended places to visit, dining, and offered a complimentary drink the first night.. also a hot breakfast was ready "made to order each morning. I will definitely be visiting again soon

Attractive hotel, great staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast, quick wifi. They even had a large group of high school girls there (in town for a volleyball tournament?) and did a great job controlling noise and behavior. The hotel was calm and quiet.

I need to give a shout out to Shelby at the front desk. She is so helpful and welcoming and just the kind of person you want welcoming your out of town guests. I know my staff who is coming from out of town will enjoy their stay because Shelby will be the first face they see. Thanks for having such a cheerful and attentive employee at the front desk!

Great, newer Hampton Inn with modern, spacious rooms and facilities, indoor pool, and tasty breakfast included. This hotel features good prices and is very close to the airport and major highways. I checked in near midnight but the staff were very friendly and had everything ready for me.

Attended a convention at the Hampton, the suite of rooms were spacious, though air flow from the vents was quite fierce and the AC too cold especially in certain areas. The complimentary drinks were decent and the wifi connection provided worked really well. Overall, the event was a lot of fun and I would attend again.

Excellent service and staff, airport shuttle was perfect, and the park and fly service also was a great bonus and our car was not damaged in the 7 days that it was left there. I highly recommend this hotel. We will use again.

Came for an event at the boardroom. It was very generous for them to allow us to use this space and I had no complaints!

It's convenient to the entire area. It's clean and modern. The staff is very accommodating.

We just left another Hampton Inn (Arco Drive, Raleigh) - been to many, always a perfect stay. The folks there go above & beyond to make everyone comfy. Breakfast awesome!! We'll always choose Hampton & you should too!

Very nice and clean. It was a wonderful stay overnight.

Decent hotel. Staff was helpful, but the first room I got was terrible. Lots of loud, grating elevator noise. Unbearable. Don't allow yourself to be given a room by the elevator. The Embassy suites right next door has a nice bar and restaurant. Overall, good hotel with the above caveat.

Clean rooms but tiny and dated. Carpet was just terrible.

Good hotel with good conference center. Lack of restaurant is annoying. However they do have a partner hotel next door with one. Staff was very courteous

We stayed at this location less then 2 weeks ago.We stayed a few nights as we were in town for convention.1st the great things..Clean rooms,Modern,Good breakfast(3 TYPES OF FRUIT, TOAST,MUFFINS,EGGS,LIQUIDS,I MEANS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE),Staff is always available,.Which brings me to the Negative As I use the extra time I have at locations,I tend to wander.1 of the nights I seen Gentlemen away from desk YAWNING,LEANING DOWN ON TABLE AWAY FROM DESK, (DIDNT WANT TO ASK HIM TO HELP ME GET SNACKS,BC HE SEEMED EXHAUSTED).Also we booked a King room and assumed would have a Tub to soak but only a ahower.In the Am eggs ran out & we didnt have time to wait(Went and bought food instead).Eggs went fast every morning, but we had extra time to wait on somedays.While I was getting on elevator, 2 of the staff members were also getting on and began to speak in latin(So glad I am multi Bi Lingual),they were only speaking about when they got off,but if I didnt speak Latin I would of definitely felt out of place.Now there are a few more,but the worse was leaving our belongings in the room.When we returned to our room I had immediately noticed 3 things missing...YES MISSING. I had an Mascara come up missing(I KNOW MASCARA?! NOT THAT SERIOUS),BUT Its the principal and 2 rings.I didnt report it because I would of hated to accuse some1 of something like that, but after getting home I had TRIPLE CHECKED & not at home(I NEVER LEAVE HOME WITH OUT,BUT THERES ALWAYS A 1ST).I would and have stayed @ multiple locations,along with my friends &Family being .I know the company is usually compisisating,friendly, & trust worthy(WE CANT ALWAYS HAVE PERFECT STAFF).We are definitely disappointed & wish it could of went better.So we paid for the room and also paid for someone to take $300+ in items..We are actually on a family vacation right now and planned for 3trips in July,yet none are booked with Hampton Inn it's just to soon..I will keep every one updated.UPDATE...LOU the manager and I worked it out.I truly believe that while moving rooms the items got lost. Since this we have stayed multiple nights w multiple rooms and everything was GREAT.THANK YOU LOU S.for the response and looking forward to staying again!

Staff was pleasant but the problems were only half my TV channels came in., a fire alarm went off while I was eating breakfast and NO one on the staff new what to do or if we should evacuate or not

Love this hotel. Friendly staff, really clean, comfortable beds, and love the fact they have great policies in place for COVID from having hand sanitizers in the elevators, to staff constantly wiping down common areas, and you have to make reservation to use the pool to maintain social distancing. Location was great close to restaurants and entertainment. Will definitely stay here again.

Unexpected stop over traveling from Albuquerque to Boston. Front desk agent Cory was very welcoming and accommodating upon arrival ...room was recently renovated . A great over all experience!!!

One of the nicest hotels that I have stayed at. It was very clean and a nice contemporary design in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The bathroom was large with a roomy walk in shower which is much better then the bathtub showers at lot of other hotels. It is a nice place to stay when visiting the NC State Campus and near a lot of nice restaurants.

Jonathan from the night shift and his customer service made this one of our best hotel stays !

Let me start by saying that I believe hotels are on the verge of pricing themselves out of the consumer market by charging as much as a business traveler's company is willing to pay.

Having said that, the room was clean and roomy though I was somewhat surprised that at this level of accommodations there was no mini fridge. The remainder of the hotel was reasonably spacious and well appointed with decor and seating areas. The complimentary breakfast has a good variety of the usual suspects but also includes hot eggs and a meat item. Sadly, all of the meat items presented were pork based when these days it is so easy to use turkey, beef, or chicken substitutes.

Overall, my stay was an enjoyable experience at a clean, comfortable hotel with a friendly staff willing to help out where they can. I only wish that: 1) hotels weren't so expensive (a general knock against the industry as a whole, not just this hotel) and 2) offer non pork options for breakfast as there are many folks who do their best to eat kosher/halel.

Staff was friendly. Especially the lady at the breakfast buffet. Super helpful and kind. Made us feel like we were home. Everything was super clean.

This is a nice hotel, my job uses the conference rooms for conferences. I have not stayed in a room but the conference rooms are nice. They also keep the coffee, water and tea filled. One thing I would like to mention is the conference rooms can get cold.

I loved everything about my stay. The room, the price but most of all the people who worked there. They were so very helpful and caring.

No fridge or microwave in the room like all other Hampton Inns I have stayed at.

The building is getting remodeled and the contractor left a mess in the parking lot. The bathroom floors were dirty in the room that I stayed in.

The hotel was very nice! The interior and exterior were modern and stylish. The only downside was the I could not connect to the Wi-Fi at the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and tried to help but we didn't have any luck. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and hope to go back soon!

I'm giving this Hampton Inn at 3 due to the fact that it was expensive to get the room for the room to be extremely small and the beds weren't very comfortable, now the staff was very friendly and the food was very good we're just disappointed to have to pay so much for a little room. There also was no microwave or refrigerator which was difficult since we were staying a couple days and we needed to have drinks in there to keep it cold and was not able to do that.

Guest services were great. Hotel was nice and will be better when the renovations are completed.

Recent remodel, exceptional service by Alex at front desk and accommodating free shuttle by Elijah make this Hampton a stand out. Highly recommend for both business and personal travel.

I have stayed here over a dozen times. The rooms are updated and clean. Parking is nice. I have not had an unpleasant stay yet.

Beautiful new building nice place to catch up on work

After a very early and long 4 hour drive. My family and I arrived to Durham/Raleigh a little earlier than expected. As my son will begin his treatments through a Duke specialist. Nigel and Corey went above and beyond to accommodate my family. We have stayed at many places but never had high quality hospitality displayed towards us. Kudos to Nigel and Corey as well as breakfast staff. We can't wait to see y'all on our next visit..Thank You all

Hampton Inn & Suites is a great hotel. The staff is very accomodating. They go out their way to make sure the guests are happy.

This is a great hotel to stay at. Within minutes of airport, shopping, and lots of things to do. The rooms are beautiful. Beds are very comfortable and even the showers are great.

Went to find out about my company letting us go. The conference room looked nice as they gave us our terrible severance packages.

Hannah at the front desk is amazing. Our little one got some scrapes and she gave her band-aids and even a little toy from behind the desk all while be super sweet to her. The rooms and hotel and breakfast of course were all clean and top quality. Proper COVID protocols- just a great trip. Thank you.

Lovely hotel, great lobby, friendly front desk, everything was excellent with our stay except for the HDMI connection when we tried to watch Netflix. Overall, great hotel though, would highly recommend!
