The stay was great. Staff was friendly and the room was nice! I didn't like that the parking garage was on the other side of the hotel than the lobby and regular elevator for the hotel. I enjoyed the complimentary drinks for happy hour and the complimentary breakfast. I would stay again.

I would love to give this hotel a 5 however we came Memorial weekend as well and had to deal with the elevator and food issues as well. Loved, loved happy hour and our room. I am coming again and hope things are more organized. I will be back!

This place was great. The registration staff was prompt, courteous, and welcoming. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-stocked. Beds were comfy! Even the pull-out sofa bed was surprisingly plush. Made to order breakfast was hot, staff helpful and friendly. We made use of both the pool and gym during our stay and enjoyed both very much. The parking garage with elevator into the hotel was a great feature with the cold temps. Crabtree mall is riight across the street with lots of great meal options. No complaints here.

Modern property, great breakfast with made to order omelets. Our suite was exceptional. We traveled as a couple but it has a great family and group atmosphere. All if the staff I have encountered have been exceptional. I would recommend to friends and family.

Had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites. Check in was quick and easy and we were treated to a beautiful room. Had a great experience at the evening reception where we enjoyed a few drinks and dinner before we went out for the evening. Overall it was a superb experience.

We stayed at the hotel Aug 2-3, 2014. First of all, everything about the physical accommodations was fine. The rooms are amply sized, clean, and inviting. The evening desk clerk, however, left something to be desired. Our family booked several rooms in the hotel because we were there for our annual family reunion. The reunion was actually held off-site. We can back to the hotel after the reunion concluded, and asked the desk clerk if it was okay for us to sit in the lounge area and have some drinks. We had about 20 people and didn't want to crowd into a single room. Anyway, we were given permission and all was well for a while. Then the security guard came to our location and asked us to take it down a couple of notches and we did. Though we didn't see the need for him to say anything, we did not want to give him a hard time. Mind you though, the only thing that may have been a few decibels above a normal conversation level was our laughter. There was no profanity, no yelling, or anything of that sort. Throughout the evening there was a group of young men running around the hotel yelling and banging on the walls. I can't say that they weren't approached by the security guard, but I didn't observe him talking to them. About 15 minutes later, the security guard approached us again, and this time threatened to call the police. We were flabbergasted. There was nothing about our behavior that warranted such a threat. After we got over our initial shock, we went to speak with the desk clerk (this was between 10:00 -11:00, so the desk clerk had changed). The woman occupying the desk at that time was the epitome of rudeness. She was inarticulate and unprofessional. This woman stated that she sent the security guard to our location because several guest had called complaining. However she could not remember how many or what rooms called. There were other small groups in the area not including the young men roaming around the hotel. She was unable to see us from her vantage point. When we inquired about the threat to call the police, she informed us that it was hotel policy. Even if we had been the rowdy group, it would have made for better guest relations to simply ask us to disperse. The police? Really? We told her about the young men roaming around the hotel, and told her that our group was not being rowdy. The desk clerk made an erroneous assumption, and was too arrogant to admit that she could have possibly made a mistake about which group was actually being rowdy. We did disperse and return to our rooms because we were so very offended and no longer in a festive mood. The following morning I came out of my room for breakfast, I was surprised to hear gospel music wafting throughout the hotel. A group of people were conducting their church service there. To do a test, I went back in my room, closed the door, and listened to see if I could hear the music. I could not. This group was certainly louder than we could have possibly been, yet they could not be heard with the door closed. At this point I was even more offended and hurt. It was obvious that no one called the hotel clerk the night before. She was simply trying to wield some imagined power she possessed. Oh, the young men running around the hotel were white, my group was African American. This was clearly a response predicated by a preconceived notion based on a stereotypical attitude.

The lobby and public spaces have been upgraded to have a very modern and chick look. The color scheme and furn are very unique for an Embassy Suites facility. The rooms however are still dated. Other than 2hite wall paint not is different in them. The bar area is nicely done.

Have stayed at the Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree a number of times while visiting family in the area. Love everything about it--from the friendly and accommodating staff, to the room decor and comfortable furnishings, to the full, cooked-to-order complimentary breakfast. Crabtree Valley Mall and great restaurants are within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Sat out Hurricane Florence here. They served complimentary lunch for several days and were very accommodating when we had to extend our stay. Can't say enough good things about the management and staff.

My wife and I checked in late and noticed there were dirty glasses and bowls with food in them and chicken tenders or fried cheese sticks on the drinking fountain sitting around on the 2nd floor thought nothing of it until we we're checking out at around 10 am and walking through the 2nd floor and nothing was cleaned up. I have stayed there several times in years past and never have seen this.

The heat in our original room was not working. Then we were placed in the only room they had available, which happened to be a handicapped room. Which was OK but it made taking a shower difficult due to the low shower head.

I stayed pre-renovation and it was lovely. Currently, I can not say the same. That said you need to really consider if you want to stay here during this renovation. Everything seems very dark and dank. The rooms do need to be renovated- the sofa was obviously dirty but the bedroom linens, etc were clean. I definitely do not think it was worth the 200.00 rate I paid. You look down from the inside into a literal construction zone. It's fairly creepy. They moved breakfast into a dimly lit bar area. The seats are stained and dirty. Nothing about this stay was worth the money, though the service was good and the people working there are so nice- this is certainly beyond their control. I wish I could post a picture with this review so you could see the actual extent of the interior renovation.
Also, I think the email said renovation begins at 9am but they had started at 8 when I went down for breakfast. That probably won't bother most business travelers.

It was a pleasure to stay at this location. I was not disappointed from check-in to check-out. I called several times to the front desk for different services and was always accommodated. That means a lot when I travel. Thank you for a great experience during our family reunion stay!

Based on these reviews that was good I decided to give this hotel a shot. Bad idea. The room was dirty. The carpets needed deep cleaning. The bathroom needed cleaning the floor and tub was dirty. The beds are super small and it was pink stuff on the side of the bed on the border sheet. I talked to front desk the lady didn't care. I stayed 3 hours than came home. I was uncomfortable. This should be a 1 star hotel. The pool area and pool is dirty.

This is our go-to hotel for emergencies. Back in the day, this spot was a magical place where they had gardens, vegetation, a waterfall, etc... I even had a birthday party sleepover there! It's not even close to that now. But that's okay.

Our first time here was during an ice storm where we lost all power and heat. My parents set us up here and it was a blast. The last time, our house flooded and I took my family here for the night until we could get things cleaned. Decent breakfast and a fine stay.

Be warned before you book that the hotel is going massive renovations and the entire area is obnoxiously noisy - impossible to get any sleep. Hotel staff has been unresponsive to my noise complaints. Don't be fooled by seeing a 4-star rating: look at the reviews from 2015, all are one or two stars.

Love this hotel! Friendly service and GREAT FREE BREAKFAST! Also free welcome drinks late mid day. Front desk offer bottle water and bag snacks when you check in. The room is huge with microwave and mini fridge in the front room, the bedroom is roomy and comfy. One of the best layover hotel I ever stay in...always great when you get free breakfast and cocktails!

Location was great but be careful when you book. We booked during a family reunion and it was the worst. Everything was crowded. The breakfast was not the best. The eggs were green and hard. Despite that, the room was spacious.

Hotel is clean, breakfast was fenomenal; we didn't read the information sheet on time so we missed the snack time in the afternoon. Why four starts? The front desk gentleman, was not a gentleman at all.

We booked a suite at this location for this past weekend. When we went into the suite, we could not help but noticed the sound of dripping water. When we asked about this at the front desk we were told that they had been having issues with the HVAC system, but that it should be resolved by the time we return to our room. It was; however, we found stains on the couch and a chair in the living room area of the suite that could be seen with the naked eye, which caused us not feel comfortable sitting down in or using that room. Also, I suspect that the bed linens had not been changed since the last resident.

I would not and could not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our experience at this Embassy Suites had ruined our interest in the Embassy Suites brand.

Going forward, we will be using other hotel brands for our hotel needs.
