The worst service experience I've ever had. I bought the washer and stove with electric stove stove. After waiting hours and many calls with a service center, I waited for 12 days to install the products. At the end when the technician plugged in the washing machine and left, we found that there was a serious break in the plastic at the top and the side of the machine and a technician hid the area with the plastic. A few weeks ago I purchased a combined food processor Sauter FP-490B/W. This appliance is rather disappointing; 1) Not dishwasher safe 2) Blender wont crush ice 3) Containers with "humps and bumps - not easily cleaned and evacuated from contents 4) Slicer misses pieces of food and do not chop them properly. 5) Blending capability of blender low with soft components.
By the way, the saler, Shekem Electric, did not mention the disadvantages (dishwasher, ice crushing). Electra customer service is "hard to get" hold of.

Air conditioners just aren't good. The service is even worse. We bought the whole Electra air conditioner home when we were promised a 3 year warranty. After about two months, the faults started and we immediately explained that we only got a warranty year and not 3 as promised. The technicians who arrived all failed to solve the many glitches and just didn't come anymore.
Recommend not to get near Electra!

It turns out to be a Mexico-made refrigerator, with ugly and cheap looks and bumps in a supposedly decorative frame, nothing contributes to volume and of course ugly to Allah. Not to mention the beautiful fridge I saw in the store. But because of the exterior size, refrigerator doors need to be dismantled for transport to the apartment, just ugly and unnecessarily protruding doors, and with no extra storage space, and hopefully, they take hundreds of shekels. On breaking down the refrigerator door. It filled. The fridge broke down after two and a half years! Making a radiator noise, Hennon Frost does not work in the freezer.
I called.

I was told from the card company from overseas.
Speaking to the hotline, the card says the card comes from a local branch and not from abroad.
Today, 22.5.17, a technician arrived with a card with a different SKU from the original card.
The third time we spend half a day, the third time the dishwasher is disassembled (which creates wear and tear in the cabinet due to over-decomposition) and still fine with no solution!
It is unlikely to receive such poor and poor service.
